I felt totally safe in the care of Dr. Rao and the excellent staff at Beams. I had multiple procedures and 2 surgery sessions. Dr. Rao was warm, professional, and my advocate post-surgery. He included extras during surgery we weren't aware of, including cysts and a hernia, he fixed it all. I look amazing at my age and owe it all to them. I developed a hernia after the birth of my babies, and when I made an appointment for hernia surgery, the doctor suggested I have a tummy tuck done as well. I’m really happy with the results of the tummy tuck, and the service at Redefine Cosmetic Surgery was excellent.

The clinic is a very nice place, with a trustworthy doctor who won’t exploit you financially. Some doctors are unapproachable, but this one was really nice and he eased all of my fears. I was quite worried about having this procedure done because I’d already had two children. It’s been two months now and I’m completely healed. I didn’t have any follow-ups in person - this is a little difficult considering I’m in Calcutta and the surgery is located in Bombay. I’ve kept in contact with the doctor via telephone and we do check-ups like this. He has been supporting me every step of the way.
