I had zygoma reduction surgery/cheekbones reduction surgery in Cairo, Egypt in October of 2024. Dr. Ashraf Abolfotooh was my surgeon. I decided to do the surgery because my cheekbones were too pronounced on my face. I chose Dr. Adolfotooh because of his previous patients' positive satisfactory outcomes and his reasonable price. My visit to Dr. Adolfotooh's office was well arranged by his secretary and they prepared me well with information before the surgery. One of his employees stayed with me in the hospital during the night after my surgery. I stayed in Cairo for one month and during that time, I visited Dr. Adolfotooh's office twice a week for follow-up treatments without any additional cost. My first impression of my doctor is that he is caring and at the same time professional.

Eight years ago, I discovered Dr. Ashraf, who has since handled my
filler treatments. Despite being a minor procedure, achieving a natural look is crucial. I make it a point to travel from America and Europe annually because I have complete trust in Dr. Ashraf. He exhibits exceptional attentiveness and attention to detail, and his staff is incredibly supportive.

I am happy with the results of the fat transfer to my lips and hands. I like this as an option to fillers. Dr. Ashraf and his assistant doctor are very nice and friendly and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, which helped to put me at ease about the procedure.

Babsi, the patient liaison, has been so supportive ever since I first considered the surgery here and replied to zillions of queries I've had, however significant or trivial. Fatma, the nurse, was wonderfully calm and kind. Dr Ashraf's team all speak excellent English, which has helped enormously. 

I was in Thailand when I discovered I needed my breast implants replaced and had previously had surgery done there. The service I've had from Dr Ashraf and his team has been far superior in every respect, and my breasts look so much better now than they did after my previous Thailand surgery.

I am very happy with my liposuction and arm lift results. Dr. Ashraf made the scars on my arms very uniform, neat, and even. I think they will develop nicely into something that will disappear. He very tastefully shaped my outer thighs with liposuction, they look natural, even, and just the way I want them to look! He is a great cosmetic surgeon! He also did liposuction on my stomach and armpits.

His office was welcoming and warm every time I visited. The office is very well organised, and everything went as expected. Ghada takes care of everything. Barbara is so warm and nice. Fatma, the nurse, is so patient and helpful. Dr. Inji is so bright and intelligent. The hospital experience went very smoothly, and since the operation, I have had bi-weekly follow-ups with massages that have helped me heal quickly.

I would definitely go back again!

Best face injection ever had was with Dr. Ashraf during my trip to Egypt. His techniques, experiences, knowledge, along with his amazing personality to make a patient comfortable; will take me back to Cairo to do next beauty procedures soon.

I had a blepharoplasty, lip lift, lower and mid facelift, and fat transfer with Dr. Ashraf. The entire staff is really awesome and the cost of the procedures was excellent, especially when you consider how good my result is. I'm extremely pleased. Surgery is always tough to recover from, but I felt this was well worth it. I chose Dr. Ashraf because he was so patient with any and all of my questions, he explained things in depth and his fluency in English made communication very easy. Ghada is lovely, Dr. Inji was very consistent and helpful in following up and Dr. Ashraf's calm and reassuring manner created a great experience. The only complaint I had is with the hospital staff. If you do not have an Arabic translator and do not speak Arabic, you cannot function as the hospital staff had very little to no English speakers; be sure you have someone with you 24/7 during hospitalization. Additionally, they do not have the bedside manner or level of care you would expect from western medical professionals. The hospital staff is not part of Dr. Ashraf's staff, so this is certainly not a reflection of my opinion of him or his office. Overall, I would absolutely go back to Dr. Ashraf for any future procedures I am considering.
