I got my face injected here. The service was great. The equipment was clean and up to standard. The doctor gave good advice at every step. The nurses and other staff provided excellent service. They followed up on the results after the procedure very well. They were very attentive to customers. Most importantly, the price was cheap. The injections were done by a real doctor, not a nurse. You can tell the doctor what kind you want. The advice given was very good. The hospital is beautiful and clean. It has received JCI world standards. There are many photo spots.

I am an older white male from the UK. I selected Pitangui like most overseas visitors from internet reviews. The web site, the reviews and the experience of Dr Yoo over the years of this clinic shine through. He has an outstanding reputation and I am more than happy with the surgery, the pain management and the clear explanations. I underwent Upper and Lower blepharoplasty plus eye bag repositioning (removal of fat deposits etc). My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result. Dr Yoo has an excellent staff around him who not only have sound and commendable medical procedures but also reduce the hassle of the whole visit; taxis, accommodation, airports etc. Pitangui is neither a ‘sausage factory or an impersonal clinic. It is friendly, approachable and totally honest, Ther is no ‘hard sell’ or attempt to push further procedures. In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui. In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

This year, as I celebrate my 20th year as a plastic surgery consultant, I decided to treat myself to a big gift. Apart from a bit of swelling, I didn't feel any pain and it was almost surprising how normal I felt after such a major surgery. It's been 20 days since the operation. The scars around my ears are getting lighter, and I can feel the skin becoming softer as time goes on. I can't wait to see how I'll look in a month or three months as I start to look more natural and youthful. Happy days ahead for sure! When you look at before-and-after photos on Instagram, you'll mostly see pictures taken right after surgery, and it's not common to come across photos from six months or longer after surgery. Very good and persistent communication beforehand with the doctor and his assistant. After accepting the price the first time, I agreed and bought flight tickets. The assistant was also happy to help me book a hotel. The day before the operation, blood was taken in the hospital, which looked very sterile and good, and some documents were signed. The operation was performed the next day and I can only say that this is more than 100% professionalism. But it's not just the doctor who does his job like a pro, the nurses are great too. I can absolutely say that you are not a number here. After the operation, things are done and done well. If you can talk, you will be helped and if you can't, you make yourself understood. The hospital is not too loud, the staff are respectful and not intrusive or annoying, and you are not forgotten here. You won't be processed here, either. You are a human being here. There are further visits from the doctor during aftercare and I can only say that you are not abandoned even after the operation. You are just as valuable as you were before the operation. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see that Dr. Krishna's surgery is having an effect. Even if you come to him as a new patient, you can also talk to him and the staff using translation apps.

This team is very skilled, knowledgeable and straight to the point when it comes to surgery. I’m only 2 weeks post-op from a breast augmentation and I’m truly SHOCKED at how minimal the scarring/ incision is, I was in zero pain and the recovery was a breeze! Special shoutout to Excel Hospital, the nurses were very attentive and nice - also want to note the chef there made incredible food and always had an infectious smile :)

I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..

I have undergone Gynecomastia surgery 2 weeks before at Dhanwantaris chrysalis, Pune. My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Salil Patil is the best, He knows his stuff and He had always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout my procedure. The Hospital facility is also very neat and clean.
