I was satisfied from start. The staff put me at ease when arrived at the beautiful and lavish Asia Cosmetic Hospital. The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before during and aftercare by Snooker our assigned chief of staff was so caring knowledgeable and patient. Guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general running around to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I cannot recommend Asia Cosmetic Hospital highly enough. Thank you so much for all your care and the beautiful work done.
I had a great experience. Deborah contacted me and she was super efficient from start to finish. Her English was excellent. I had labiaplasty and the surgery was quick and painless. I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!! It has only been a week and a half since my surgery and already I love the results. Dr Lin is a gifted surgeon. Also, his nurses on the day of my surgery were superb! The nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone spoke English extremely well. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
