Hi , This is Sivapriya 35 Y , From where to start ..By nature I am little over normal weight having 68 Kgs and 5”3 during Marriage and I have 2 Cererians one @2008 followed one in 2014 and I have spent lot of time in getting rid of my weight post pregnancy with vigorous Gymming, Diet and tried all kinds of diet that exist around us . I still have no luck and I used to weight 96 Kgs post second pregnancy and I could able pull till 82 Kgs /2019 leaving with heavy pouch and saggy belly which used to put me lot of stress on my back bone and used have pain creating my posture leading to bending.. This used to impact me a lot not just that “How I look” but It used to deprive my confidence level and I couldn’t used wear the apparels of my choice and desire, I always used to buy some thing that cover my huge belly and which of not my interest at all. In the month of July”2019 we visited Aesthetics PLUS - Dr. Surindher and it was my first appointment and I never had any previous experience visiting with this clinic. I just did Google and we walked into clinic. I didn’t know that moment it is going to change my life ever. He examined and told the facts why I am not reducing further more and he asked me to under go Ultrasonic Test due to suspicious of “Hernia”. The next day we visited and got it tested and ruled out “Hernia” . Dr.Surindher told me that I have undergo “ abdominoplasty” , My husband arranged all other aspects of hospitalization and checked the RISKS associated with the surgery. Finally with out even discussion or having second thought I undergo “Abdominoplasty” on Aug 14th ,2019. It took almost 4 HRS and stayed in hospital with drains connected to collect the liquids that form post surgery. Dr.Surindher used to visit regularly and check the healing. I must say that I am blessed to have such a wonderful doctor, He got lot of patience and he is available both on phone and whatsapp for any queries and suggestions.
My recovery took 2 months to heal and we used visit every week to clinic and Dr.Surindher used to guide us what to do and what not to do . I checked weight and came down to 77 Kgs. I wan not much disappointed as I thought I will reduce minimum 10 Kgs but I could able to reduce 5 Kgs post Abdominoplasty but I was happy that I did not have that heavy pouch and belly. The miracle came in my life called HCG Diet. Dr. Surinder introduced this diet to me and my husband also. We religiously followed the diet instructions that are fed to us by Dr.Surindher , We did 41 days diet following strictly starting Oct 2019 and to my surprise I almost lot 10Kgs bringing me to my old figure of pre marriage days. Today, I am weighing 66 Kgs. What a tremendous change from 97Kgs to 66 Kgs and its quite visible and My stress levels came down and confidence increased heavily and more over I am very healthy and I also did 5K Marathon in Sep’ 2019, and the year 2019 is going to be remarkable and memorable journey of my life as God gave me opportunity to meet Dr.Surindher that changed my life how I perused my 11 years of life. Before I decided to go with Cosmesis India, I had checked with many other doctors and the procedures but I did not gain confidence with any other doctors until I spoke to the doctor's wife (Shree).

When I stepped in at the clinic, I was first asked to fill up some formalities/form. The staff/lady at reception was good and helped me with the procedure. I had many questions about the treatment/process I would be going through, the doctor patiently heard everything and 100% clarified all of them. Even after the surgery, he kept on checking back as to how I was doing. Even his wife Shree was very caring and good. The same treatment at other clinics was expensive comparatively and the work the doctors did wasn't pleasing. I could easily find out that the look was definitely not symmetric, looking at before and after pics of some patients. When Dr. Surinder showed me some pics of patients before and after the surgeries which he did, I was definitely pleased. I could see his work was perfect. I really thank the Doc, for the great job he had done for me.

I was Super skeptical of the doctor, space and everything that I almost called off the surgery as soon as I arrived but the truth is, I not only have a good testimony but I think this is one of the best decision I made. No hype, he's a pro and a perfectionist. Except that there's no in patient accommodation, I had to stay in a hotel.

In February 2017, I had breast augmentation and liposuction of the abdomen, arms and inner thigh regions with Dr. Surindher at Cosmesis India. I am a 39 year old, healthy caucasian female.

Breast Augmentation: I have always had small breasts and decided as I'm getting older to get them enlarged. I did this purely for myself. I am so delighted with the results! I initially chose one size smaller than I ended up with, but decided to go with 400cc silicone, round shape on Dr. Surindher's recommendation after we consulted. I am so glad I went with the larger size. I hardly had any pain afterwards, followed his instructions on post op treatment such as massage and bandaging, and the results are perfect. It has now been 6 months since surgery but really after 3 months I can say the healing was complete. No loss of sensation, the breasts and nipples are symmetrical and the scars are healing well. Almost not noticeable at all. I can highly recommend this treatment to anyone thinking about getting breast augmentation.

Lipo: I have always had a fatty deposit on my lower abdomen and have thick thighs. The lipo on my abdomen was fantastic. Healing was painful as expected and I had a pinched nerve but muscle relaxants and pain killers got me through without too much issues. I have a little unevenness still on my abdomen that should go away with extra massage. My arms and sides healed nicely! My thighs look great but I might want to go back to get lipo on the whole of my upper legs. Can recommend this treatment if anyone is thinking about getting it done.

The building that the clinic is based in is basically empty! Don't let that shock or fool you! The clinic itself is in a safe, secluded corner of the building that made me feel that I could enter and leave in relative privacy. The clinic is clean and well maintained.

My consultations with Dr. Surindher were very informative. He took his time to answer every question that I had. He was patient - I took my time with deciding on the surgery. I actually went to see him about the surgery about 6 months before I went ahead with it because I wanted to make sure I didn't have anything planned in the 3 months it will take to heal from the Liposuction.

Dr. Surindher's after care was excellent. He is always available on WhatsApp or skype and of course in his office once you feel up for making the journey. I also felt very comfortable in the care of his staff.

The clinic has an ideal location as despite being right in the center of the city, it manages to remain discreet which offers the clients with just the right amount of comfort and privacy. They maintain the premises well, keep it clean and sterile and offer a professional yet homely feel which is essential in the post op stage when you're away from home recuperating in a room that doesn't exactly feel cold and disconnected like a hospital.
