Being a guy and slightly nervous of this type of procedure. I had a fabulous experience on my first visit to an aesthetic clinic. Dr David Taylor is an absolute gem and puts you at ease within moments of arriving. The procedure I had was totally painless and the whole session was just a joy. I will certainly be returning to Northwest aesthetics in the very near future.

I travel from Wales to Cheltenham to visit Novello Skin and have been doing so for the past year and this is the best Aesthetics clinic that I have been to. Yuliya is fantastic, she really knows what she is talking about. When I explain to Yuliya what I would like, she advises brilliantly and the results from her work are fantastic. I have had a Thread Lift, with great results, and the care and thought during treatment were second to none. I had decided to have anti-wrinkle injections and tear-through fillers also at Novello and since my treatments, my confidence has grown massively. I literally cried with happiness when I saw the results of the Ultherapy! I was so pleased with the dramatic decrease in my jowls and the hanging skin under my chin, even the drooping skin in front of my ears. I then had the skin tightening treatments in the following weeks and this has tightened the skin around my chin, jaw and neck areas even more. I cannot recommend this treatment enough to anyone wanting to fight sagging skin.

I’ve been coming to the St John clinic for several years. I’m a very satisfied client and wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to others. I regularly have treatment for the frown lines between my eyes, and am always delighted with the result as it makes me look fresher and bright eyed. Helen also injects filler into the lines around my lips. Using tiny amounts she subtly evens out the lines and brings back a younger lip contour. At each visit she spends time discussing what look I want to achieve. I appreciate her aesthetic eye and professional skill and above all know that, with her, I’m in safe hands.
