A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.
Cannot stress enough how wonderful and efficient are the clinic staff, even when one's business has been rare (1-2 visits a year) and fairly basic (filler). *Permission obtained to include names: I have been assisted by *several staff including Lusiana, who is ineffably patient and compassionate, and Nicole and Lucy have been helpful and understanding (Life happens: traffic, rescheduling, etc.). It makes SUCH a difference. Dr. Weinberg reflects the caring vibe of his clinic: he asks what you are looking for and then actually listens to your answers. As importantly (!) he is a sculptural artist with a keen eye who can see where the smallest adjustments will have the biggest impact. There is clearly immense skill involved, but when the work is so subtle - rejuvenating someone's best version of themselves - I think that's a gift. He was recommended to a friend years ago, who then recommended him to me, and I am very grateful to have been so directed. The Mssga clinic has parking, but is close by a major intersection and so a direct bus + quick walk from Port Credit GO station.

I had a very positive experience with Aesthetica. It’s a very clean and calming clinic with great and friendly staff. Louise who carried out my procedure was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. She talked me through exactly what would be happening and what results I would expect so I had every faith in her abilities. Antoinette(Toni) is a great professional, she has lots of experience and excellent qualifications. We had a very in-depth conversation about my treatment, I had dermal fillers (full face) 1st session. 2nd session in a months time. I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

I started seeing Catherine in Laser Care Limerick last September. I struggled with ingrown hairs on my neck and face which were only made worse by shaving. Catherine used an IPL treatment to help with this and I'm delighted with the results. I'm sure like me, some men might feel a little apprehensive going into a laser care clinic for the first time, but Catherine made me feel so at ease. She is warm, natural and friendly. I'm definitely going to keep up the treatments when needed because the experience as been so effective and positive in lots of ways. I could not recommend this service more!!
