Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I had CO2 laser by Dr.Bouy. I was well looked after. My experience at Doctor Tony's clinic was great, all was staff friendly and very helpful. If I have any further fillers will definitely be coming back.

Cannot stress enough how wonderful and efficient are the clinic staff, even when one's business has been rare (1-2 visits a year) and fairly basic (filler). *Permission obtained to include names: I have been assisted by *several staff including Lusiana, who is ineffably patient and compassionate, and Nicole and Lucy have been helpful and understanding (Life happens: traffic, rescheduling, etc.). It makes SUCH a difference. Dr. Weinberg reflects the caring vibe of his clinic: he asks what you are looking for and then actually listens to your answers. As importantly (!) he is a sculptural artist with a keen eye who can see where the smallest adjustments will have the biggest impact. There is clearly immense skill involved, but when the work is so subtle - rejuvenating someone's best version of themselves - I think that's a gift. He was recommended to a friend years ago, who then recommended him to me, and I am very grateful to have been so directed. The Mssga clinic has parking, but is close by a major intersection and so a direct bus + quick walk from Port Credit GO station.

I had upper eyelid surgery last Saturday ,from entering the clinic to leaving I felt very at ease . Everything was fully explained even during the procedure. I was put at ease all throughout the procedure. I am on my 3rd day post op and my skin is recovering well, still some swelling and slight bruising but I am very pleased up to now. The aftercare team called me the day after and I have their number if I have any issues I have another planned telephone consultation this Saturday. This is an amazing clinic. Dr. Chow was very precise, thorough and honest with my folliculitis barbae diagnosis. He accurately predicted how many laser treatments I needed and the approximate results after each session. After tens of thousands of dollars spent at other clinics and medications and creams for this condition, this specific schedule of treatment ended up to be the one that actually worked. My laser therapist Michelle was also very skilful and knowledgeable at using the laser technology and always ensured immediate followup the next day on the results of the treatments and skincare aftercare afterwards. I would recommend this clinic for its excellent service and expertise.
