My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. I never used to think about enlarged pores, or even really know what they were – until I turned 50, when my own pores overnight got noticeably bigger – to the point where they became practically the only feature of my face I could see. It was awful. Trying to cover them up with foundation only accentuated them, so make- up couldn’t make me look better; quite the opposite, it made my skin look even worse. I tried using toners and moisturisers that promised to reduce my pores, but they made no difference at all. So thank the lord – and Dr Rakus - for Advatx. I underwent three monthly sessions, which were completely painless, and by the end of these my pores had shrunk so much that I’ve gone back to never even noticing them.

All facial treatments are professionally administered with extreme care. The only clinic I use lived in the area but its state of the art throughout. Friendly professional staff.

Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Before l left l had a full skin diagnosis and full face laser treatment & follow up creams etc that need to be used strictly afterwards. 2x lip fillers twice. And Fillers in the areas needed. I looked 10 years younger. Dr Shobhna Singh is an extremely respected Physician. And knows her craft. Highly recommended. Wish l could keep getting treatments. So if you're a working person and want the best quality face & body treatments look no further.

After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

I came to get lip injections here. The doctor gave good advice. I received good service. I will come back to use the service here again.

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently.
