Dr. Cecilia Rodriguez Luna is an Oculoplastic & Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in reconstructive, revisional and cosmetic surgery of the eyes and surrounding tissue. Dr. Rodríguez completed a residency in ophthalmology at Hospital Nacional de Clínicas, Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Argentina (2006). She then completed a sub-specialty fellowship at the same hospital in Oculoplastic & Reconstructive Surgery with internationally recognized Dr. Daniel Weil (2007).
