Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. Delighted with treatment provided by Dr Anthony. Suffered for years with small lumps under eyes. After the consultation was informed they would be easily removed with laser treatment! Had one laser session and once slight bruising and scabs had gone away couldn't believe the difference - amazing no more lumps. Would highly recommend this clinic. Very efficient team. Cost was very reasonable for such a transformation.
I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ash for giving me back my self-confidence! I had several unsightly lesions on my scalp which had caused me much embarrassment and distress over many years as they were visible through my thinning hair. Although I was told by GPs these lesions were benign (seborrhoeac keratosis) and therefore did not warrant removal, also that I was likely to lose my hair in the process, I was so relieved at my first consultation with Dr Ash when she said she could remove them altogether and I would not lose my hair! She explained the procedure to me and I was completely convinced and excited that at last someone was able to help me feel better about my appearance again! I have now completed the course of treatment, which was painless and I am delighted with the results! Dr Ash was so kind and caring throughout my experience, I felt completely relaxed the whole time. I am now looking forward to receiving further treatment with Dr Ash for my thinning hair.
