Being a guy and slightly nervous of this type of procedure. I had a fabulous experience on my first visit to an aesthetic clinic. Dr David Taylor is an absolute gem and puts you at ease within moments of arriving. The procedure I had was totally painless and the whole session was just a joy. I will certainly be returning to Northwest aesthetics in the very near future.

I cannot recommend Yulia and Charlotte highly enough! Yulia is such an expert and will only treat you if she thinks you need the treatment. The finish is very natural and has taken years off me, so I'm told by others! It doesn't hurt that much and you feel in very safe hands with Yulia. With fillers, I've now got cheekbones I've never had! Yulia is incredibly ethical, very honest and also really lovely. Hydrafacials with Charlotte are a laugh a minute as she's so lovely and funny! My skin feels so clean and smooth for ages afterwards. It's really worth the money and no other facial has ever had these results on me. It doesn't hurt and is relaxing, yet has deep and very effective results. I found Novello on a Google search. My first impression was how clean the clinic is and how professional Yulia and Charlotte are and also have such expertise and experience. Over 3 years on, and... I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.

My 2nd visit to Dr Colin to get dermal fillers. Left feeling great .I'm sure my lips will be as amazing as they were the 1st time. All the team members are so pleasant and that's not always the case in a lot of places. Thank you. Gillian

From the moment I walked in, my first impressions were that I was most definitely in the right place for my treatment. I was met with a smile from Karen, the receptionist who was very polite. I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I have had treatments with both Dr Tamsin and Nurse Alex. I have always been delighted with the results and could not recommend them more highly. I saw Nurse Alex a couple of weeks ago and as always, she was extremely professional and fully explained all that was involved. I will definitely book again.
