This is a 15 minute consultation to ascertain your ideas, concerns and expectations and suitability for treatment. The cost of the consult is deducted from a subsequent treatment. 

An aesthetic treatment consultation costs £45 (including VAT) and is payable in advance for all new clients. If a treatment is taken up within six weeks of the consultation, the £45 will be deducted from the treatment cost. Please note that this fee cannot be offset against skin care products. Consultation cancellations made 48 hours or less before the consultation will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the consultation will not lose their deposit. The prepaid deposit will be used to secure another consultation and deducted from the cost of a future treatment booking. Rescheduling the original consultation or any treatment will only be accepted twice due to the repeated loss of clinic time.
