There was no rush throughout the appointment, the doctor asked relevant questions and was thorough, and professional and made referrals for further testing whilst I was with her. The premises were clean and tidy, the reception staff polite and professional. I would highly recommend this private Gp practice without hesitation. I chose a 20 min appointment £89.00. As a new patient I had to fill in an online form and the reason I wanted the appointment. I found it easier to write the whole reason I wanted to see the doctor as this helped them see, in advance, why you want to see them and then on your visit they can concentrate on you, the patient and examine you. I have been seeing Dr Murray for over 2 years now and she is an amazing doctor. She not only looks after my physical health but my holistic health. I have a painful condition called fibromyalgia and I always feel heard and she can’t do enough to help me. She always greets me with a big smile and is very empathetic. It is a relief to come to Dr Now after struggling to get appointments at my NHS practice and not always being treated with respect at the front desk. It is very much good value for money as I see Dr Murray every 2 weeks as a member and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.
