Mr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. Over the years I have had some serious dental work and he has been a true professional. The end result has always been amazing, cannot praise him enough. I would recommend this practice without hesitation and Mr Patel in particular. The clinic and all the staff are friendly and very efficient. They always answer the phone. Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. All the staff was very kind and I will definitely come back in the future as a new patient. Thank you so much!
Highly recommended! I had an appointment for a filling today with Dr Monica Bhardwaj. First of all, the place was spotless (11 out of 10 for cleanliness) and a truly pleasant environment. The staff were so friendly and professional -they made me feel very welcome. PPE used at all times when required as well, both for staff and patients. Dr Bhardwaj did a great job! She explained what she was doing as she went along and both she and Kim (she was assisting) made sure I was alright all the time. I had local anesthetic and didn't feel any pain in the process. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I was trying not to fall asleep on the chair (and I never thought I'd say this about a visit to the dentist). She also took a 3D scan of my teeth, which she then showed me on the computer and from what she saw she gave me some tips and very specific and personalised advice on how to look after my teeth better -very knowledgeable! TOP-QUALITY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Had an appointment today and got my implant denture fitted. Am very pleased. The treatment has taken time but it was worth it. Nothing was too much trouble, I'm a very nervous patient but I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was worth every penny.
The dentist and staff very patient and caring. They took the time listening to my concerns. I had two root canal treatments and they were painless. Best dental practice in London!
