I have been coming here for many years now and the treatment and service by Dr Keen and his staff is always first class. He takes the fear out of coming to the dentist with his warm and friendly manner.

The treatment is excellent. It is kind and professional. After years of being very anxious about going to the dentist, Appledore Dental Clinic has cured this, with their fantastic care.

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I strongly recommend The Smile Suite for its truly wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond what is required to ensure the patient and parents are happy and fully informed.

I cannot thank Jo Giddy enough for the excellent work she has done in providing me with new dentures. The attention to detail in making the new dentures look so natural and fit so precisely is much appreciated. Jo took several impressions to ensure that the new metal horseshoe-shaped dentures fit with no gaps for food traps, were exceptionally comfortable to wear, and provided me with a smile that looked natural. Previously, I had a denture that made me embarrassed to smile, due to my teeth being uneven from gum disease. Now, I can smile for the first time in many years and eat food that was previously impossible to eat. Thank you, Jo, for your patience and attention to detail in providing me with a denture that will last for the rest of my life. My First visit to the practice today. You never know what to expect but I was very pleased with the standard of care and treatment I experienced. Totally put me at my ease.

I attend the surgery regularly for dental hygienists and check ups. My experience with both is outstanding and the surgery hygienist is so gentle but very efficient. Sadly I needed a dental extraction recently and from the procedure to the hygienist appointment after, the care was exemplary.

Very good hygienist with very helpful advice on cleaning teeth I would recommend it to anyone thanks.
