I have been coming to see Zak for years now. In fact, I travel from Manchester because I trust the guys at Smile Stories so implicitly. It's not like a cringe type of place like the dentist used to be, it's modern and actually really good fun to catch up with them twice a year. Last year my tooth broke out of the blue. It was one we had a suspicion about from years before, but I thought I'd wait and see. It had to be removed - painlessly, as usual!! Then I saw Carmen for a dental implant and she's been fantastic with me. I'm quite anxious around new people but she was so calm and the team's recommendation of her meant I had no hesitation. Just had my new implant crown fitted this morning and I had to ask to confirm which one it was. It blended in with the others perfectly. So chuffed!!

I have been with York House for several years and have always been satisfied with the treatments, in my case nothing serious, but never less than high quality. The present is the same, now very immaculate and clinically kept safe with charming staff and a nice atmosphere.

The reception was great, but gaining entry is like entering an illegal drinking club with the covid restrictions. Knock on the window and if accepted you are led to a side door. This was my second dental consultation as I was not happy with my teeth and wanted veneers and a crown. After a pleasant consultation, I was happy with the compeitive price, which alsost halved the previous quotation elsewhere. Within a few weeks, I am sitting here with the same I requested and I am so happy. Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable at all times, whilst the work was carried out Midland Smile Centre had all the technology, which no need for a mouthful of mould. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and Midland Smile Centre

I've been going to SDP for at least ten years now even though it isn't in my immediate area as the staff is excellent and their equipment up to date. But mostly I go because of Sylvia's superb hygienist skills. My gum issues are now history and my teeth have never been so clean. This is kind of odd to write, but I really look forward to my teeth-cleaning appointments!

During my 1st Consultation, I was made to feel very welcome and my mind was put at ease straight away. I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time and was very apprehensive, however, I needn't be worried as the dentist spoke to me calmly, explained the process and carried out my filling treatment comfortably.
