If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, it will all soon melt away when you meet Ian. He put me at ease straight away. He is the nicest man/dentist I have met. He fixed all my problems and made me feel relaxed even though I was so anxious. He is very professional and gentle. I highly recommend him. He even had me laughing, not something I ever thought I would do in a dentist's office. 11 out of 10. Thank you so much from your nervous patient in Canada.

I have just registered with this dentist and is a 2-hour drive from my home and a 45-minute drive from our caravan but my goodness is it worth the travelling...I would NOT consider anywhere else. I have seen Dr Lina Baco for all my work which has included partial denture and extractions. Lina is kind, patient and takes care of you from the moment you walk into the room. Lina explains everything to you and like other dentist practices I have used she is NEVER patronising. I could never go anywhere else now that I have found this wonderful dentist and dental practice. My family have been attending this practice for over 25 years and we have never received anything other than first class treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Particular thanks to Ralph Hicks, who has unfailingly provided excellent advice and treatment.

I have been a patient here for several years and have nothing but praise for everyone there. The reception staff are always helpful, professional and friendly, the hygienist - Charlotte Ciriaco - is knowledgeable, kind and efficient and Emma Hewitt is absolutely brilliant -gentle, informative and exceptionally skilled. Most recently needed a new filling; I was given an appointment on the same day I telephoned and Emma put in the new filling in just a few minutes, explaining all that she was doing and taking great care to make the process as comfortable as possible. Just great! Thank you.

I had a filling by Dr Rimmi Bhogal this week. Great service - calm, precise, a perfect job. A day on, I don't even know it's there. She has been my dentist for several years and is consistently excellent. The epitome of grace under pressure.

I went to this dentist after Smile had advised during a routine check up that I had one, possibly two infections in my upper front teeth that required root canal treatment in excess of 2k. I went to Acorn as I wanted a second opinion, CT scan showed there was no infection at all and no work was required. My X-ray, Scan and consultation was carried out an hour after I rang at a cost of £225 and well worth the money for peace of mind. The equipment is second to none and the professional manner and service was very much appreciated. Thank you !

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I strongly recommend The Smile Suite for its truly wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond what is required to ensure the patient and parents are happy and fully informed.
