Daniel and his staff are amazing. They made me feel welcome and are really understanding/supportive. I had awful teeth and was really anxious. I have been on this planet just shy of 50 years, and have met many dentists in my time. Today I met a new dentist, Mays. I found her quiet, yet down to earth professionalism refreshing, and I was touched by her constant concern for my welfare. The words “pleasant experience” and “dentist” rarely appear in the same sentence, however today they did. I have found every member of staff at Cox and Hitchcock to be professional, and courteous, and the site is spotless. I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, as I feel safe and well cared for whenever I have visited.

I have been a patient of Dr Makhani for several years now and as a 66 year old have had some experience of dentists. He is a consummate professional and obviously up to date with all the latest technology. My latest visit involved a troublesome back tooth that had been giving me spasmodic pain and was slowly becoming worse. After a careful inspection Dr Makhani noticed a small crack in the tooth which made a root canal and filling pointless as the tooth would disintegrate. An extraction was on the cards but from the x-ray a curved root could be seen making that potentially problematic. Luckily expertise runs in the family and Dr Makhani referred me to his son who has a speciality in extractions. What particularly impressed me about Shahid was his overall care and determination not to extract unless absolutely necessary. After two more visits, some treatment, and advice from Shahid we decided that it had to come out. The extraction was perfectly executed and the troublesome curve in the root was removed. His advice on aftercare was very useful and I was back to eating normally within two weeks. I also received a phone call from Mrs Makhani to to check on my progress. Only downside that Swimming was not allowed for two weeks. Great treatment!

I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. Have been with this practice a while now and would not go anywhere else. All the Dentists and their nurses are highly professional, friendly and put you at ease, I have never enjoyed visiting a dentist but this practice helped me relax. I have had routine check-ups, root canal and hygiene work done and all have been superb. The receptionist Diane is always extra help can answer questions and is always smiling.

Dr.Karnan was just great. I returned to the clinic after 4-5 years and their efficiency was as caring and friendly as always. His diagnosis was immaculate, and his advice was sound. Most importantly he took genuine interest in his client as much as in his problem. Although I have moved out of London, and get much of my costly dental work outside the country, I still return to Karma Clinic for any back-up work to be done. I trust them.

Chris and the hygienist were very friendly and good humoured. They answered any queries I had no problem. I was told by a dentist in the Republic that I needed a crown for 700 euro. At the Yew Tree, a proper filling was put in instead, saving me a lot of money! I also got a filling on my front tooth redone that always stained and discoloured. You now wouldn't even know that there was a filling there! I had a consultation, an xray and 2 fillings all for 160 euro! Professional work done properly at a really reasonable price. Definitely coming back.

I want to take this opportunity to say a big big thank you to Dr P. Khaki and his most caring team . I am Old and had just suffered from facial palsy, I only have a few teeth left, my denture no longer can fit into my mouth …I went to Avalon to see Dr Khaki as always he put me at ease, explained to me the situation and will design another denture for me. I am less stressed now.
