I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.
The dentist Helen and her nurse Joanne make an amazing team. My treatment was first class. First time in over 60 years I have had partial dentures that fit perfect, therefore causing me no pain, unlike all the other dentures I have had made over the years. Also the follow up I had with Amy was excellent. Amy listened to what I had to say and has put into place the treatment I may need. The three members of staff, Helen, Joanne and Amy are professional and know how to carry out their work to perfection. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team. I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.

I finally felt relieved after seeing my favourite and the best dentist ever, Dr Imani Shala, along with her nurse, at the clinic yesterday after some time. Dr. Shala is an experienced primary care dentist with unique skills. She is kind, caring, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who doesn’t have a dentist or is hesitant to see one. Dr. Shala truly exemplifies what a perfect dentist should be. She prioritizes retaining your natural teeth rather than encouraging unnecessary extractions and implants. From my first visit, I was reassured that I wouldn’t lose my teeth, and she has since fixed them for me. I fully trust Dr. Shala with all my oral health needs.

Had my first appointment at Raby Road today, after some terrible emergency dentist visits. Kevin was amazing, I'm a nervous patient but he made everything so relaxed constantly checking in during treatments, I can't remember the hygienist's name but she was also lovely. They both listened, I'm so glad I've made the decision to travel for this dentist. Emma was also lovely and supportive
I would like to say thank you to Lindsey. I have had a few bad experiences with dental hygienists in the past but my faith is now restored. I attended with a gum problem and had to have my gums scraped and cleaned. I can honestly say I never felt a thing. My first visit and I was immensely impressed with Aleisha. She was the perfect professional who had evidently made herself fully aware of my current health issues and my concerns and anxiety. My Trigeminal Neuralgia warranted much discussion and we were both keen to ensure that we were on 'the same page' regarding future actions from various NHS partners. I can look back at my consultation with Aleisha as a totally comfortable experience. I have total confidence knowing that she will be looking after my interests moving forward. A true gem.
