A great dental practice that puts a dentophobe at ease. I was told at another practice my tooth needed to be removed but the skills of Ed O Toole saved it. The team there are great and would highly recommend it.
Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team. I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.
The best dentist by far. I have been traumatized by previous experiences. So nervous! I was greeted so calmly that put me at ease straight away. I had to have a tooth extracted that was fractured. Devastated!! Such professional caring service, not as bad as I thought it would be. Explaining the procedure and highlighting my symptoms. It all made sense to me on reflection. Had my first appointment at Raby Road today, after some terrible emergency dentist visits. Kevin was amazing, I'm a nervous patient but he made everything so relaxed constantly checking in during treatments, I can't remember the hygienist's name but she was also lovely. They both listened, I'm so glad I've made the decision to travel for this dentist. Emma was also lovely and supportive
Eric One knows one is safe at this practice as the welcome from reception is so reassuring and efficient too! Eric has a dental nurse who is also calm and quietly efficient! That reminds me I must phone and make an appointment.
I would like to say thank you to Lindsey. I have had a few bad experiences with dental hygienists in the past but my faith is now restored. I attended with a gum problem and had to have my gums scraped and cleaned. I can honestly say I never felt a thing. Lindsey is professional and caring, she explains what she is doing every step of the way. Thank you again.
My first visit and I was immensely impressed with Aleisha. She was the perfect professional who had evidently made herself fully aware of my current health issues and my concerns and anxiety. My Trigeminal Neuralgia warranted much discussion and we were both keen to ensure that we were on 'the same page' regarding future actions from various NHS partners. I can look back at my consultation with Aleisha as a totally comfortable experience. I have total confidence knowing that she will be looking after my interests moving forward. A true gem.
