Great reception at airport and friendly staff.. Was kept updated with my treatment schedule and airport and hotel pick-up times. Treatment didnt include medication but the clinic and surgeon were amazing. I had upper and lower eye lift.
My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. It has been one month after my new hair journey and I can say the service of RTS is extraordinary. They made me feel at ease pre procedure and on the day itself. Post procedure they are always willing to answer questions and provide advice. The team are very proactive in asking for photos to ensure the recovery is as smooth as possible. Overall, the clinic really values their customers, offer an excellent service and of-course, great results.
