I received excellent service from Dr. Ahmet and his staff at the Platinum Dental Clinic. The process was very straightforward and right on schedule. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all my necessities were met before leaving the clinic. I would highly recommend them & would definitely come back again if need be.

Was at the clinic in November for 1st visit of all on 6. From first contact with Christopher who was excellent and very good communication throughout the booking process. Once booked I was introduced to Sheamus who talked me through plans before I arrived. On my first day at the clinic after the x-ray was taken everything was explained. Medication was discussed for after the surgery. Once surgery was completed I was in pain but this is to be expected as I had all my teeth extracted and all the implants inserted. Each of my following visits that week all went well and I’m due back in a couple of weeks to have the temporary teeth removed and ready for my bridge and crowns to be completed so I have my final result. My recovery was sore for maybe a week or so with a lot of swelling and bruising but again this was all explained to me before first surgery so when it happened I had no fear and knew it was expected. Once the swelling and bruising went after 5-10 days I have been ok and have had no pain and no issues. I look forward to my return visit in their excellent care and to visit the great city of Istanbul which I got to explore after my appointments each day. I was never in the clinic long so had time to explore and also rest. Sheamus has been brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble again communicating and always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. The staff in the clinic were also very friendly and so helpful. Thanks all and see you again in a few weeks.

The doctor who did my treatment is highly qualified and experienced. She did surgery and cleaned my teeth. I need to come again for 2nd treatment in a few months' time. Cost can be 25% higher than the estimated cost due to the tax and other administrative cost.

I need a lot of attention to my teeth with 5 extractions and 7 implants. After extensive research. I decided to go with Adali’s Smile Design. I am glad I did. The process was smooth, the clinic had the state of the art equipment. The treatment was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help. The clinic also has great integrity. We were refunded what was not performed. Highly recommended!

I was referred to WHM clinic by one of my relatives who had a successful hair transplant there. I came from San francisco for this reason. I met with Doctor Hasan at the clinic and together we discussed how much we could lower the hairline without sacrificing natural look. He walked me through the procedure in detail. I opted in for DHI technique since I wanted to have denser hair. I was scheduled to have the procedure on Jan 12th but there was an opening on the 10th. The clinic arranged me a nice big hotel suite because I had two of my uncles accompanying me. The procedure itself took about 7 hours with a dinner break. The clinic is in a hospital where you have full access to medical care in case of an unlikely emergency. The staff is professional and friendly. You can always let them know if you need a break. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at the clinic.

The treatment and time spent with everyone who works there were amazing. They take the time to explain every single detail, so you can feel comfortable and reassured. I had a deep clean, laser whitening and contouring, which I am very happy with and this has added to my confidence! Mine, which is one of the staff member...has been in constant contact with me explaining my procedure and have been supporting me throughout until I arrived and still is. She's my family now and very happy to know you and everyone who has done individual treatment for me. WELL ! After very much worrying! What can I say!?? NEVER! Should anyone worry about using this wonderful gentleman? He puts u at ease as soon as you arrive there he listens to you! Honestly could not of had a better more caring place to go to. I went with my friend. . Who I will be returning with in May as she had to have 5 implants. Fabulous! Hi I came from the UK for breast argumentation and my partner for veneers our overall experience was amazing. From start to finish both were happy with our results.
