I was in July 2024 to remove tartar and ask for advice. The staff and company are very professional and they helped me a lot. I'll be there again next year.

My first appointment went very well. Examination and consultation very professional and friendly. This was followed soon by a treatment plan and quotation for implant surgery. I look forward to commencing treatment in the near future.

I just recently completed a full treatment of 4 front crowns, one of which implant and abatement. Same time Diana managed complete 2 sinus lifts in very short time and a few fillings. I can’t recommend Diana enough as a highly professional doctor, whom takes great care of details, in purpose to achieve the best results, despite the shortage of time (as we were on holiday and she often has to work longer hours and even takes crowns by herself to the lab), as we were flying back home the next day. Definitely coming back in February to complete another 2 crowns. Huge thank you Diana from the bottom of my heart.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. It was indeed a great experience, being my first time in Albania, Staff were welcoming and cheerful that relaxed me and I was made comfortable. I did tooth extraction, cleaning, filling and whitening all in one day. Their service was top-notch. I’m very impressed and I will recommend it. My fiance had severe tooth ache and after seeing the reviews for Alexandra we both came to see her. What I can say is her friendly welcome and her treatment throughout was the best we have ever had. If you are looking for a dentist, in Tirana, Dr Ilsa and her staff are the best for you. Very professional and brave. I did 4 implants there and didn’t feel anything. The clinic is sparkling clean.
