I lost one of my front teeth due to plaque accumulation over the years. After several visits to various hospitals, guided by Google, I finally went to Malligai Dental Hospital. Dr. Senthilnathan conducted a major analysis and discovered that I had increased mobility in almost all of my teeth. Later, Chief Dr. Pravin explained the severity of the issues and the unhealthy condition of my teeth. Following his recommendations, I agreed to undergo the procedures to save my remaining teeth. Dr. Ananshiya removed my teeth which were already highly mobile. I was advised to undergo gum cleaning treatment due to severe mobility. After the treatment, they performed a scan to assess the strength of my bones. Based on Chief Dr. Pravin’s advice, I had implant surgery to replace my lost tooth. With his presence and guidance, his juniors placed the implants. Now, I have two implants and have regained my lost teeth. Throughout the process, I would like to extend a huge thanks to Dr. Senthilnathan and Mrs. Victoria. Pros: As I was travelling from Pondicherry, they scheduled all my appointments to accommodate my travel needs and assisted me throughout the lengthy process. Whenever I had an extraction or surgery, they called me the next day to check on my well-being without fail. They maintain detailed records of all patient histories, including financial transactions, prescriptions, and surgery details. Cons: The only downside was the photo sessions during the procedures, taken for case study purposes, which were uncomfortable as I had to keep my mouth wide open for extended periods, even after surgery or an extraction. As a patient, this made it difficult for me to stay in control.
Excellent service. I got an orthodontic treatment (braces) done from Dr Major Alok Kumar and he was very skilled in his work. I required 4 tooth extractions and he did it so well that I didn't even require pain killers afterwards! My entire treatment was a very hassle-free experience, the doctor is kind and very patient, he explained everything to me very well. Also, he works in such a calm manner that even if you are afraid of dentists, you will be comfortable in his care! I had a very pleasant (not scary painful) experience with my braces. I highly recommend him if you need any dental treatments. I found Smiles and Braces to be the best!

Tong to do my dental work. When answering my questions & concerns, Dr. Tong was straightforward, thorough, and patient. While performing my dental work, Dr. Tong and his assistants were gentle, and kind, and most importantly, they made me feel cared for. Dr. Tong’s office is in a nice location (in Central), the office is clean & tidy, and the staff is professional & courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Tong to my family and friends!
