All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.
My wife and I had some procedures done by Dr. Tuyen Vu which included teeth cleaning and filling ground back. Denture relined and crack repaired. Extraction and new partial denture The workmanship was first-class. All this within a space of a week. What was most impressive was that we were picked up from our hotel by the good Doctor for our first appointment. The relationship between Doctor and patient was very cordial. She made me feel at ease during the whole process. (I hate dentist pain) All we can honestly say. Doctor, you have given me back my smile and saved me heaps. Thanks again for all your skill.
I have a big treatment at The East Rose Dental in April 2023. ALL on 4 Zygoma implant on upper arch and 12 zirconia crowns on the lower. After 2 weeks and I my Hollywood smile which I cannot afford at my country. I love my new smile so much. I can smile to everyone now. I am so happy. Originally I was looking into an implant which is how I found A+. Although I’m not able to do the 6-month return visit for the implants. I was able to get my teeth back to health with pain-free dental work by the doctor, excellent gentle hygienist for teeth cleaning, and the English coordinator was exceptionally helpful, & caring. I have been having issues with bleeding gums and a missing tooth for a while, but been avoiding going to the dentist due to past unpleasant experience. Then someone recommended me Dr. Param, though wasn’t sure initially but oh god I am so glad I went to her! From entering the clinic to sitting on that chair and till my exit, she made sure I was comfortable and at ease. She understood my apprehension, she treated me with patience and made sure it was a painless experience. Also, everything was super clean and hygienic which added to my confidence in her. Dr Leem is the most professional and kind dentist ever I met. I visited Meiplus Marine Parade last Saturday. He was showing very professional attitude from beginning until finished my treatment.
