All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.

I can’t thank East Rose Dental enough. Came here full of fear as I’m not a fan of dentists but left here with a smile. The level of care shown by the drivers, the receptionist, doctors and all involved was incredible. Thank you once again.

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I contacted him to get a fixed retainer. I have a long history of braces, relapse and retention issues. The doctor expertly diagnosed the issue, explained it in great detail, gave me a lot of time and also followed up on the treatment. After my wife had a full set of implants in 2016 at Kenkre Dental Care. I plucked up enough courage to go and what I thought that I needed a filling or a cap. After 25 years of not being in a dentist's chair, I was somewhat very very nervous. It turned out that the treatment I needed was, a "scrape and polish" "2 caps" and a "root canal" of which I thought would be horrendous. The treatment was done over a couple of days, which in the end wasn't as bad as I thought. Would I go back? Without hesitation. Dr Shilpa is a lovely lady and made me feel relaxed throughout the treatment, and I am more than happy with the outcome. Thank you, Shilpa, you're a top girl.

Found this place when I was looking for a dentist that I could afford. The dental clinic is very clean and they have advanced technology in dental equipment. The team is very proactive, they always followed up with me and checked how I was doing. They respond to my questions right away either by email or phone. So far, everything seems to be good. I don’t have any pain after the treatment. It took a while to finish my implants that’s because my gums are not that healthy. Dr. Doh wanted to make sure that it was healing well before he finalized my implant. Overall, my treatment is outstanding. The whole team are awesome. They assisted me from Day 1 to the completion of my treatment. From front desk crews to dental technicians everyone performed an excellent job. I was hesitant to do my bridge and implants all at the same time because I was worried that it would be painful. Dr Doh guaranteed it would be pain-free and indeed there was no pain during the procedure. Dr Doh knows exactly what to do. He explained everything and provided me with info as he worked on my treatment. The clinic has its lab so the waiting period to get my new bridge and implant is very minimal. Most of all, Dr. Doh gave me several options to work on my budget. Compared to the price in the US for tooth implants, this clinic is a lot cheaper and the quality of work is outstanding. Thanks to all the staff who assisted me during my treatment.

I went to A Plus Dental Clinic Apgujeong to get my teeth whitened. It was such a pleasant experience. Joyce, the English coordinator was very kind and sweet and she made sure I understood everything before going in. She even spoke to my taxi driver for me when I was having a hard time finding the hospital. The treatment went smoothly and every step was explained to me before it was administered, which I appreciated since we don't get a lot of that here as foreigners. They were all very gentle with the procedure, making sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. What I appreciated most was the checkup after leaving the hospital. That evening I got a text message from Joyce asking if I was experiencing any discomfort and she went on to suggest precautions and things to do in case I was in pain. That made me feel very well taken care of. I'm definitely moving dental clinics to this one. Thank you so much for making me feel so at home!

I had a root canal, fillings and cleaning. Dr. Dacles is very nice and professional. He was extremely helpful. The clinic was very comfortable. The assistants were very accommodating and friendly.
