I contacted him to get a fixed retainer. I have a long history of braces, relapse and retention issues. The doctor expertly diagnosed the issue, explained it in great detail, gave me a lot of time and also followed up on the treatment.

The best part was that I could contact him on WhatsApp, ask all my queries and would get a very timely reply. I was quite surprised to get such a great customer service.

I originally enquired about implants but after considerable information exchange, comprehensive x-rays and initial examination. It was instead agreed my four front teeth should be capped - a far less invasive procedure with less risk of infection and/or complications.

I have a prosthetic hip which must always be protected from infection and traveling from such a great distance, (Australia) ruled out easily returning in the event of any serious complications.

My choice of the clinic was based on prompt, meticulous information exchange and extreme patience. Afforded me in finally making an appointment booking - personal life issues and unexpected circumstances prevailed.

The entire procedure was pretty seamless given the short 18 day period I had available. Drug intervention (aside from extensive antibiotic protection for my hip) was minimal and I was extremely impressed by the constant attention to detail - patient care and concern in every respect seemed 'the norm'.

Both the quality of workmanship and overall cost (compared to the same treatment in Oz) proved very pleasing. My newfound friendships as a result of this experience even more so.
