I have problems with my teeth, so I came to the doctor office DR care to do implants. All the people in the office are very nice. Thank you.

My appointment was completed satisfactorily on time and professionally. The Clinic was spotless. The staff, from the receptionist and dental nurse, and doctor, were exceptional. I could not speak more highly of them, and the procedure was value for money, like about a fifth of what I could expect to pay in NZ.

Initially, I planned to go to one of the high-end medical tourism clinics, but I got spooked after seeing a news article on ABC News about their fake reviews. He was honest about what to expect regarding temporary dentures and the need for bone grafting, emphasizing that final decisions could only be made after the implants were placed and the bone condition assessed. The transparency was refreshing and reassuring. He quoted me the highest price for the top brand of implants, which he preferred, but also offered alternatives to reduce costs if I wished. This straightforward approach eliminated any surprises at the end of the process. Overall, I am extremely glad I chose Dr. Pradhan. With his education from New York, his English was excellent, and I felt he truly took pride in delivering top-quality treatment. I look forward to returning in five months when my permanent teeth are affixed to the implants.

Dr. Bao is an exceptional and talented dentist who can carry out simple to complex procedures. Arranging appointments, follow ups and communication with patients is second to none and his staff are attentive and friendly. Dr.Bao is extremely competitive on price and will only carry out work that is needed. His clinic is very clean, tidy and has a friendly/relaxing atmosphere. My visit to Picasso Dental in Hanoi was amazing. I travelled from Sydney to Hanoi and began a course of treatment over two separate visits across a month. I had four crowns fitted, one large filling and the removal of an old and very large amalgam filling. I also had the first stage in preparation for three implants and furthermore the fitting of an Invisiline tray for my bottom jaw. This is a lot of work! I have been to many dentists in my time, in the UK and in the last 20 years while living in Australia. But my visits to Picasso were by far and away the best dental treatment and care I have experienced. I was so impressed by the professionalism and level care shown by all the staff there. Being an international patient and being in an unfamiliar city is not a small thing. In the first minutes of arriving at the clinic, the staff made me feel so welcome, they were so calming and understanding. I have to say I did have some apprehension about the amount of dental work ahead. However within a very short time this apprehension disappeared. Monica, the client services manager, who acted as an interface between my fantastic dentist and orthodontist, was so patient and caring, taking a lot of time to explain every step of my treatment. The attention to detail that both my dentist and orthodontist demonstrated was so impressive. Making the decision to go to Hanoi and have the dental treatment done by Picasso was of the best decisions I have taken for a long time. I not only received top-class dental care, it was so cost-effective in comparison to having all this work undertaken at an Australian dental practice. So I have every confidence in recommending Picasso to anyone thinking about travelling internationally for dental care. The warmth and friendliness shown by the staff made my visits a memorable experience. I look forward to returning their for future treatment.
