We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

All good news when it comes to this clinic. The staff were friendly. Scheduling was a breeze. Dr. Leonardo was very professional and I'm so happy with the results of my implants. I should mention the cost was extremely affordable.

Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. They provided outstanding care, and it was painless for me to receive a deep cleaning, filling, and teeth whitening. They kept checking on you to make sure everything was going well. Arrived for the first time ever in Bogota (and even in South America) with a bad tooth-ache and after 6 days my original plan about getting it fixed back home in DK went down the drain due to the pain caused. So I had to find a dentist to get it fixed. Used WhatClinic to send an enquiry and got an appointment with Esthetic Dent the day after at 8am (talk about fast response). Went to the clinic, which was nice and clean and was met by the dental-assistant and dentist. Both were very friendly and very understanding. After filling some papers I was on the "bench" and had the problem fixed. The price was about half of what it would have cost back home, so I consider it a very good value.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
