I first heard about Dr. Urzola by a random person in Tamarindo so I did some research and found that he has good reviews. I contacted Urzola's office and got very quick responses and quickly noticed that they seem to be very organized. That kind of organization lets me feel a bit more at-ease. I had already gotten a couple quotes from other implant places in the US so I was aware of US prices and being quoted 1/3 what the US price is for the dental work made it a top contender. Shortly thereafter I talked with Dr. Urzola personally about my personal case and my existing implants and he really made me feel at ease. I flew to San Jose, CR late February and spent a week there. They put me under with anesthesia and it was an excellent choice. It's a general anesthesia but not as deep as going in for a surgery. I had no issues with coming out of the anesthesia which was amazing because I have a history of not remembering where I am or having a difficult time coming out of anesthesia. It was a fantastic experience. I had them do full upper and lower implants which meant removing all my existing teeth but leaving in place my current implant posts so they could be reused into the overall mouth reconstruction. After removing my teeth they made me the temporary set which is essentially a type of dentures that is not removable. I left there with TEETH. Going in I had one tooth on the top of my mouth and I left with teeth! So amazing! My mouth surprisingly didn't hurt so much the first week. Granted, I was on pain killers but I expected more pain. One thing I found really interesting is that Dr. Urzola stitched my gums together after placing some implants under the gums and that seemed to *really* help with healing and keeping food and bacteria out of the sockets. I went back 2 weeks ago and got the finals and WOW! Let me tell you their zirconia finals are GORGEOUS. Seriously terrific! I'll be honest, my second trip hurt more than the first because they had to open up the gums to get to the implants placed under the gums and those hurt because of inflammation when they tighten the implants down to it. It's to be expected and I had them put them on without anesthesia so that I wouldn't be bothered with numb lips. Basically, I didn't have to hurt if I wasn't being vain but I really wanted to see my smile with lips that moved freely. I'm glad I did it this way because it allowed me to feel really comfortable with the fit and really lowered my anxiety even if it hurt (A LOT). If you don't like pain... just have them numb the gums and you'll be far better off. They offered several times... I just turned it down. I did get to see the lab while I was there and I'm really impressed. It really is right next door to their office and the lab is outfitted with everything needed to do the zirconia including the initial blank cutting and the baking of the teeth at 938 degrees F. It was really great being able to see the lab, especially because I'm into 3D printing and I understand how the tooling the lab has works. The whole staff at Urzola Dentistry is fantastic. I have had a very good experience with this clinic. Right from the start Gabriel assured me he'd make sure everything went smoothly including transportation, a place to stay, back and forth to the clinic, pharmacy whatever was needed. He has definitely done that and quite a bit more. He's an awesome resource for figuring out what you want to do while you are in Costa Rica and even arranged a driver to my destination. The driver was a good guy as well. I'm happy that I went with this clinic. Gabriel definitely has your back. Dr. Heiner did quality work and he's a good guy as well. The clinical experience in a foreign country can be especially scary if you don't speak the language well so it was nice that they spoke English so we could communicate effectively about what was going on. The cost of treatment is very affordable even with the costs of the whole vacation figured in. Very straightforward with what the prices are for each procedure. I have been to Dr Heiner twice now and plan on a third time to finish the last few things I need and to bring my kids for them to get their dental work done as well. This clinic is a good choice if you are trying to figure out where to go.

I have always wanted a beautiful smile. Growing up, my parents took me to the dentist and throughout the years I had several silver fillings and at one point I had to an extraction of one molar. I didn’t get a bridge in place and that allowed my teeth to shift giving me a crazy looking cross bite. When I went to a new dentist, several of their staff would pop in to the exam room to take a look at my crazy cross bite they saw on x-ray. Fast forward many years later while on YouTube I saw a video of full mouth restoration and the person was so happy with their new smile. Also, they mentioned affordability. The clinic they attended was Supreme Dental Clinic. So I started doing more research and read many positive reviews about Supreme Dental. That inspired me to visit their website and eventually to give them a call. Everything I was told by the representative was also in writing on their website, it almost seemed to good to be true in regards to quality, outcome and affordability. So, when I found out I didn’t have to get a passport to attend their clinic for a consultation, that sealed the deal…I decided to travel to Yuma, AZ… walk across the border and attend their clinic. While waiting to see Dr. Dulce I was offered refreshments and the whole staff was friendly. I noticed also, they had someone assigned to sanitizing door handles and all places people come in contact with. Then the time come to visit with the dentist and Dr Dulce assured me she would be able to get some corrections with my alignment and she would be able to keep the size and shape of my teeth…I liked my teeth shape, I just didn’t like the silver fillings, the yellowing and my cross bite…At that point I committed to full mouth restoration utilizing Zirconia crowns with one bridge in place of the extracted molar. I was given options of the shade of white for Zirconia with details down to pointed or rounded eye teeth. After applying half down, the work began. I was provided temps, upper and lower. The next day, I had my upper Zirconia crowns placed. The procedure was flawless and the upper’s fit perfectly. I was scheduled to return the following day. The next day I returned and made my final payment in full and the lowers were placed…what a huge difference…. I now had a beautiful smile! Dr Dulce and her assistant was very carrying and thoughtful in every aspect. It’s been over 2 months now and I’ve noticed I can chew food better, giving me greater nutrition and health. My daughter works for an orthodontist and he too was impressed with the correction Dr Dulce was able to achieve in regards to my cross bite, when he saw before and after photos. I can’t express in words my gratitude for Supreme Dental Clinic and the words “Thank You” seems insufficient. But, THANK YOU DR DULCE, STAFF AND SUPREME DENTAL CLINIC.

I recently travelled to Costa Rica to meet an unusual man, whom I came to admire, a dentist with integrity , talent vision , knowledge, experience and a passion to achieve exellence in every form of dentistry he excels in. I researched many dental clinics in several countries.I was in contact,regularly, with at least seven dentists and dental coordinators, listening, learning basic terminology etc. I chose Costa Rica Dental Clinic. I was impressed from the very beginning, but as my research progressed Dr. Gadea and his highly trained and efficient staff were like a beacon in the in the fog. I had a full mouth of zirconia crowns custom fit and adheard to my existing teeth with precision accuracy. I'm whole again and it feels so natural, like my teeth looked when I was a young man full himself with large healthy teeth until I ground them down by grinding them all day and in my sleep, often grinding my teeth to comfort me to sleep. Dr Gadea and his staff exude calm excellence while shining like the pros they are. I followed my mind and my heart and Im ecstatic with my self about that as well as the big beautiful super human set of teeth.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

I went to Circle Dental, Dr. Jimenez’s practice, I was very pleased with the work and service I received from the staff and dentist. They accommodated me in every way, from assisting me in my accommodations during the time I stayed until the time I departed. There liaison “Alli” was always available for assistance if needed. Best dentist in Algodones! Got a crown and 2 implants.

I traveled to Cancun to acquire dental treatment at Dentics, consisting of extractions and inserting 12 posts for implants. Prior to my arrival I conversed with Alex, who answered all my questions and helped me through the scheduling process. Upon arrival I communicated with Gabby, who scheduled my appointments and made sure I was well taken care of. The Dentics staff was professional, extremely competent and very kind. Throughout the entire process I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me. The temporary dentures I was provided with fit well and look very nice. I will return in May/June for my permanent implants. I am looking forward to seeing Alex, Gabby and the entire Dentic team.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Varto Oral Surgery, and I’m really happy with my decision. I chose this clinic because they had done an excellent job with my parents’ dental work, so I already had a lot of trust in their expertise. My first visit was very positive. The staff were welcoming, and professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped ease any nerves I had. They made sure I understood the procedure, and the aftercare, and answered all my questions. As for the treatment itself, everything went smoothly. It was quick, and the recovery process was much easier than I anticipated. I’m very satisfied with the results and felt that the clinic offered great value overall — both in terms of the quality of care and the cost. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal!

My daughter Heather had a great trip to Costa Rica to get her teeth worked on. Ariadna is to be commended for her expertise and for helping Heather get through a difficult procedure. I feel much more confident now that her next trip will be a success and that she is in good hands.

I completed my treatment today, Feb 26, 2022. Dr Mayra Jimenez was genuinely a nice human being and her work is superb. Her entire staff made this a good experience, which went smoothly. I had both all upper and lower teeth crowned and they look fabulous according to my wife. I would highly recommend Reny Dental in Algodones to anyone needing dental work. I went to have four caps done , after a thorough examination the dentist told us I do not need caps the structure of my teeth were fine. The honesty and integrity of this company are very refreshing in these times.
