This clinic is amazing! Everyone there treated me so well and took the utmost care in my treatment. I had full implant surgery and I can not believe how easy it was. I expected the worst having had previous dental trauma and I can say that the pain level was at a ZERO, and the anti-inflammatories kept the swelling to a minimum. I couldn't be more pleased overall with my results. I watched someone I follow on social media on their Urzola journey and decided to contact them. My experience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The clinic is beautiful, all the staff is so kind and attentive, Dr Urzola was very professional yet also very personable, and Christina made sure I understood the entire process from start to finish. There were no surprises, except for literally having no pain in the days following surgery.

I chose 6 on 6 over 4 on 4 because it just made better sense and so glad I did as I had one implant fail in my upper jaw. But I still have 5 good solid ones in my upper. So glad I listened Dr Urzola and choose him as my Dentist. Thank you for the experience. w consider him, Cristina and Beatrice to be my friends. They are the best to work with.

Dr Urzola and his staff are the epitome of professionalism. After experiencing an unfortunate chip on my implant, I was immediately scheduled in. Dr Urzola, in his unique way, put me at ease and wound up completely redoing my implant. With time constraints on my part, the doctor and his staff worked late into the evening to accommodate me. This is my first visit to doctor Esteban's office and I'm very happy with my choice. After the doctor reviewed the 3D X-ray and listen to my final goals, he explain very thoroughly what my best options are. The entire procedure went very smoothly, without any pain or complications.

This is my first time going to the new clinic and everything and everyone was so nice. I’ve been to his old office 3 times but I think I like this one better. Christine arrange everything for us including Hotel and airport transfer. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance. I didn’t really have time to explorer like I did before because Dr. Urzola finished earlier than planned but all-in-all this was a great trip. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn that was very nice but there’s a hotel right in the back of the clinic that you can walk over to your appointment. You have lots of American restaurant in walking distance like Olive Garden and KFC at you footsteps. I will definitely come back again for more dental work in the future.

Hi my name is red from Cleveland and I wanted nice teeth and a smile so I started checking in to it and couldn’t believe what they wanted to give me implants was crazy so I checked in to Costa Rica and the first time I called it was Urzola dentistry best thing to ever did they are the friendliest and nicest people u could ever meet I was nervous about going but I did it and they were amazing threw out the whole procedure and my teeth are beautiful and u don’t even know there not your real teeth I luv them and I highly recommend anyone that needs dental work got to Urzola dentistry u will be glad u did 😁😁😁😁

Excellent from start to finish even before we arrived. The communication was stellar especially since we are in the U.S. The offices were pristine, the doctors and staff top notch and we will always go back there for dental work. The cost difference is insane as well and for even better care. Highly recommend! Husband had an extraction, implant and will receive a crown and the cost was 1/10th of the U.S. price for comparison. We were referred by friends here in the states who have gone there for years.

I lost most of my teeth many years ago except for 5 on the bottom. I had a set of dentures on the top and partial dentures on the bottom that I got used to wearing. I hated the look of my face though, the shallow old man look and my wife was constantly complaining that I was sucking my teeth. However, I got a new set of dentures that fitted me perfectly and I was really happy.

I kept thinking though about getting implants and how it would feel to be able to feel my palate again at the top while I was eating, especially at times when the dentures because loose and needed to be re-glued.

Over the past 5 years I had done a lot of research into implants. Clicking on the links that offered free flights and hotel and luxury cars etc. I looked at everywhere except of the UK and Ireland where the prices were very high. I looked at Turkey, Hungary, Croatia, Costa Rica and even India. They all promised to place various numbers of implants in my mouth and various types of teeth on the implants at various prices. Turkey seemed to be the cheapest. I had more than a dozen detailed quotes and I chose Turkey.

I went to Antalya with the cash in my pocket but after a last minute phone call from my wife who had read about some implant horror story, I chickened out and spent the money on fake watches and handbags for the family. I was quite happy with my new dentures anyway.

A year passed and I was now in the USA where I received a nice email from Christina at Urzola Dentistry, asking how I was getting on with my implant search. I told her that I was still looking and she convinced me to get a panoramic x-ray to show to Dr. Urzola. I went to another famous and very expensive dentist in Florida for the x-ray, his opinion on what was needed and a quote.

His opinion was that the bone in my upper jaw was far too thin to hold implants and that I was need a special fitting that screwed on the side of the bone to hold new teeth. The bottom was ok. The quote was $50,000+.

I sent this x-ray to Dr. Uzola who told me that he was sure there was enough bone in the upper jaw for the implants and more than enough in the bottom. The price was a lot cheaper for the whole thing. I would have to go there for an examination to be sure.

I took the plunge and went to Costa Rica after researching other Costa Rica dentists and finding that they were at least 50% more than Dr. Urzola. It also helped to know that one of Dr. Urzola's patients was President Biden's brother. I was still very apprehensive. I shouldn't have been.

Dr. Urzola is extremely professional as is his staff. His surgery is modern and clean. I went under general surgery and woke up a few hours later with 9 implants including 4 on the top where the other guy said couldn't be done. I was fitted with really nice temporary teeth and they look brilliant. Feel natural. I go back in a couple of months for the final zirconium teeth and a Hollywood smile.

It's really tough finding the right implant surgeon. They are doing it all over the world and promise you the earth but Dr. Urzola is the real thing. Great work, great price. 5 stars. See you soon for my final fitting and thank you.
