My husband and I recently traveled to Cancun from the states with plans for consultations at two different dental clinics. Our first consultation left us feeling uncomfortable as we were immediately separated, which wasn't the experience we were hoping for. So, we headed to our second consultation at Yeah Smile, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice.

Our driver, Alexa, was punctual and greeted us with a warm smile, making the drive to the clinic pleasant and stress-free. Upon entering the office, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel of the place. We were welcomed by Sulma, the dental assistant, whose warm and motherly demeanor put us at ease right away. Unlike our previous experience, we were kept together throughout the entire visit, which made a huge difference in our comfort level. I was even able to be in the room while Dr. Miller worked on my husband and vice-versa.

Dr. Miller has impressive credentials. Being ADA member and highly rated for dental vacations was a big plus for us.
We initially went in with the intention of getting all-on-6 dental implants. However, after thorough exams, Dr. Miller kindly informed us that pulling our healthy teeth wasn't necessary. Instead, he developed a thoughtful plan to save our teeth, with a few implants where needed. This was such a relief for us, especially after being led to believe back in the States that implants were our only option due to periodontal disease. It's actually frightening to think that clear choice would've pulled all our teeth in the States with no hesitation. Not to mention literally thousands of dollars saved.


The office is state-of-the-art, and we genuinely felt like we received better care here than at any dental office we've visited in the U.S. Traveling abroad for healthcare can be daunting, but after extensive research and narrowing down our choices, we are so pleased with our decision to choose YeahSmile. I can't recommend them enough to anyone considering dental work.

I came to get all on four, I was ready to have all my teeth pulled and be in dentures for six months when Dr. Miller was able to save all of my teeth with crowns and make my smile look perfect. Dr. Miller is an absolute perfectionist. My before and after photos on Facebook look absolutely unreal.

The facilities are state of the art. They speak perfect English and are willing to go out of their way to make your visit to Cancun perfect. You get your concierge and they handle all the transportation and everything!

The team was so professional and very communicative. The crazy person who lives inside of me decided to have dental work done in MEXICO one day before leaving for vacation. I did my research and decided on YeahSmile. From my initial request for a quote and appointment, the staff called, emailed and texted me right away. I checked into my hotel at 1 pm and transportation from the clinic was there to pick me up and transport me to my appointment at 2:30 pm. Everyone was friendly and professional. Prior to becoming a patient, I spent hours researching dentists in the US and Mexico to ensure I was making the best and most informed decision on whom to trust with my smile and dental health. The experience I had last week with Dr. Miller and his team of doctors and staff at the Yeahsmile/Neo Dental clinic in Cancun was exceptional. After 6 days, 3 crowns, 20 porcelain Emax veneers, and a root canal, I left with a smile that I’ve dreamed about for many years. Dr. Miller is more than a dentist, he is an artist. He is detail oriented, meticulous and professional. Unlike most dentist offices in the United States, YeahSmile clinic has an onsite lab where Dr. Miller and his technicians work together designing the veneers and crowns. The clinic is immaculate and modern, the equipment is state of the art, and the entire staff are attentive, kind and professional. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel for every appointment by Miguel (Dental Concierge), and always warmly greeted at the clinic by Sulma and the rest of the staff.

Dr. Miller surrounds himself with other young and talented dentists specialising in specific dental treatments. Dr. Canela performed my root canal. Like Dr. Miller, she was meticulous, takes her job very seriously, and is passionate about what she does. She was extremely thorough and kept me informed of the progress during the procedure. In the days after the procedure I experienced little to no pain or swelling.

Dr. Dana worked directly alongside Dr. Miller in prepping the teeth for veneers, applying the temporary veneers, and cementing the crowns and veneers. She is also skilled, professional, and detail oriented.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with everything and everyone at the YeahSmile clinic. The quality of care and work far exceeded my expectations! Not to mention, if I were to have the same work done in the United States, it would have cost at least $50,000 to $60,000.

Living in Canada, I've been a returning patient to Dr. Miller (YearSmile clinic) for several years now, and I can't praise their services enough. From implants to crowns and a root canal, every experience has been exceptional.

Dr. Millers’ dental implant work was not only approved but highly praised by doctors in Canada. In fact, one of the dentists in the Edmonton clinic, who also happens to be a professor, used dental implant work done by Dr. Miller as a shining example for his students.

YeahSmile is a fantastic clinic. Every member of the team is super friendly, professional, and highly competent. I had to have 4 root canals and 22 crowns placed over the span of a week and was amazed and delighted with the quality of results in such few visits. And the value!! This dental work would have cost 3x as much in the US.

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss.

In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost.

The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada.

I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so.

The people at (the foolishly named) YeahSmile Clinic are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, cheerful, amusing, delightful people. In addition, they are total professionals. From the woman on the front desk to the dentist to the implantoIogist, they know their stuff. I rarely walk away from a dentist's office feeling as if I had made new friends, but that is how I felt when I left this place.

Now the negatives: Their website is an example of one of those information-overload websites that you can never wade through. Because there is so much information -- and no succinct abstract of that information -- I arrived very badly informed. Additionally, the people who handle the email and WhatsApp communications for the clinic seem remarkably ill-informed and, in the lead-up to my travel to Cancun, sent me some pretty goofy stuff.

So digitally, YeahSmile (silly name) is dopey. But live and in person, what really counts -- the people, the professionalism, the care -- simply could not be better. My dentists in the States could learn a lot from them.
