Also for the willingness to find a solution to any problem no matter how difficult. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time. After doing a lot of research I decided on Neo Dental. This was based on the reviews on the clinic. Dr Miller also carried out a zoom call with me on two occasions to discuss my x-rays, treatment and suggest some different options. The work required was very extensive with 9 implants and 7 veneers. Dr Miller is a wonderful dentist, he listened and answered all my questions. His clinic is first class and his staff are very nice people who are caring and will go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. I am very happy with Dr Millers work to date and look forward to returning in a couple of months for the final phase of my treatment.
