I had Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Fi because I was very unhappy with the size and shape of my nose. I chose to go with Doctor Fi from the look of his work that is available on Instagram. He offers a signature nose shape called “Barbie Nose” which I really liked. Also, the price was extremely affordable. My first impression of Dr Fi is he is gracious and down to earth, sweet warm and caring. Thank you so much.

I was interested in the excellent logistics services which provided me with transportation from and to the airport, from hotel to hospital on daily basis. The administration team including the translator was excellent and comforting. My doctor Gokhan did a professional job and were genuinely friendly. Prices are reasonable and worth the service and treatment offered. The excellent results that I have started to see just one week after the operation stands as a live selling point where all friends and family members admire. Thank you Mr Gokhan and his team. I got my rhinoplasty done with Dr Durukan and my experience could not have possibly been any better. From the second teoman collected us from the airport, to Nehir checking to make sure I was okay every day, to the actual surgery with Dr Durukan everything was 10/10. They were so professional, so friendly and such lovely people. My nose looks a million times better and I haven’t even seen the full results yet. I could not be happier and can not recommend them enough🥰

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I was quite hesitant to travel to Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery. I had excellent care from every one of the teams at health direct the time I arrived. I had a fantastic day with my host, Ezgi, and I had a very early meeting with my surgeon. He was really cheerful, which made me feel at ease. Every day he came to see how I was doing. I advise everyone to visit the health direct if they are getting a gastric sleeve.

Amazing clinic! We were very skeptical about going abroad for our surgery but we are very glad we did. Me and my mom both had full tummy tucks with muscle repair and lipo. From the moment we landed at the airport in Turkey we were greeted by the most amazing women who stayed with us throughout our stay and were at our side if we ever needed them. The procedure was amazing, our surgeon made sure we were 100% happy with the planning of the procedure and made sure it was 100% the correct decision for us. He spent a lot of time going over any issues we had or questions, we walked to the surgery room holding my hand reassuring my nerves. After the procedure was over, we had amazing nurses who made our stay extra special! We had pain relief when we wanted (within the time scales) and always had strict diet food one call of the button they were there within seconds. Our surgeon came into us once we were awake, dressed, and comfortable to have a check on us and our prosecute, he fully explained how the operation went and if there were any issues (which there weren’t). We were given pain relief to take with us throughout our stay and even when he got back to the UK. Mom had a small allergic reaction to the surgery tape, which was dealt with very quickly! She saw a doctor who specializes in this area and prescribes my mom cream to apply for no extra cost. We stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and got transported to our hotel with an amazing sea view!! We enjoyed the rest of our recovery here it was such an amazing experience. We were checked on every day but all the amazing team at Maxx clinic. On the Friday 2 days before flying home, we were collected and taken back to our surgeon for a full examination and dressing changes. AMAZING PEOPLE!! We had very positive feedback from our surgeon, there were a few more doctors and professionals on hand In case there were any issues (which there weren’t). We still (after being back in the UK for one week) have 24 hour contact Incase of any questions and they check on us daily and send texts about our progress of our recovery. I couldn’t of picked a better clinic to organise my treatment, they really do think of every last detail in full. They really have your interests at heart. We will be coming back for further surgery as we have no doubt at all. My partner is coming in may for surgery also! Thank you for much for changing our lives for the better and giving us our confidence back.! We love all of you!

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
