Ich war bei Herrn Dr. Gökhan Mersinoglu zur Nasen-OP und wurde super lieb aufgenommen. Der Arzt ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, und ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden. Es war alles top, und ich bin so froh, mich für Herrn Dr. Gökhan Mersinoglu entschieden zu haben. Ich bin eine sehr pingelige Person und achte auf jedes Detail. Das war die beste Entscheidung, die ich getroffen habe. Meine Nase ist genau so geworden, wie wir es besprochen hatten, und ich kann super gut atmen. Die OP ist ebenfalls ohne Komplikationen verlaufen. Bei der Nachkontrolle wurde mir alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt. Die Helferinnen haben mich ebenfalls super unterstützt, waren immer sehr nett und haben alle Fragen schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Beim Rückflug wurde ich auch sehr oft angesprochen und habe viele Komplimente erhalten. Ich habe direkt meinen Arzt, Dr. Gökhan Mersinoglu, empfohlen. Es war wirklich die beste Entscheidung, die ich getroffen habe. Vielen Lieben Dank für alles.

I visited the clinic “dentTEK ağız diş sağlığı” for root canal treatment with Dr. Sabhat, she was skilful at her job that I didn’t feel pain after treatment. This is not my first time visiting the clinic and it will not be the last. The doctors speak English which helps me to communicate easily. The clinic is always clean. Is there anyone who is thinking of rhinoplasty and is afraid like me? Okay then attention pleaseeee 😄 Especially the ones who have THICK SKIN! Well.. It's been a year since the surgery. I always wanted to get rhinoplasty and searched for the right doctor for years. Because ı am sooo obsessed and you know that rhinoplasty is harder and need more attention ıf you have thick skin. And finally ı met with Doctor Senan Murat... He is really but really realist and at the same time perfectionist doctor. Contrary the most doctors, he shared all the risks and details for hours with me. My surgery process was really easier than I thought and the result is better and better. You will see what ı mean when you talk to him. 😊

Doctor explained to me the procedure very clearly, was very attentive and provided the utmost care. Listened to my desires and adjusted accordingly. Was very truthful in the outcomes I would have and not once did I felt he over-promised or deceived. Truly an absolute professional in his field and if I could do it all over again I would. The staff was also very supportive and caring! Truly one of the best doctors in the country

I was referred to AKL Poliklinigi Clinic as I was told they were world renowned for hair transplant procedures. When I reached out for more information, I received an immediate response from my future Patient Advocate, Ali. He was very informative and kept in contact with me from this point forward and currently still does while I am in recovery. From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and Ali - I believe this set the tone for my entire visit. I came here to have a much desired hair transplant procedure. Ali met me downstairs and escorted me around the facility and was quite a good translator. He kept me informed of what all the medical staff were saying so I never had a question what they were talking about. All medical staff were professional, organized, knowledgeable, and patient with me even with the language differences. I felt I could fully trust my health and well-being were in caring hands. Through the various rooms I went into I noticed not only was this a state of the art facility, but it was very clean and sanitary as well, which is extremely important to me. The doctors were very meticulous, and did an excellent job - they are true artists. My aftercare was amazing - I cannot say enough about this. I believe the after care recovery is just as important as the procedure itself. I was provided medications with detailed instructions, and how to take care of my procedure post op areas once I flew back home. I am more than happy with my procedure and my results are looking good. Though I am still not fully recovered I can already see what it will look like. I have since referred many colleagues, friends and family, and would definitely choose to come back to AKL Poliklinigi Clinic for any further cosmetic needs. During the process of finding a suitable surgeon for a cat eye and temporal/cheek lift I came across Dr Hakan as I was impressed with the results he could achieve on his clients. I decided to have a 3D simulation and consultation to meet virtually with Dr Hakan and also a visual representation of what my results could look like. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with the doctor. He was very friendly, attentive and thorough in making sure he understood my concerns and expectations. He speaks very good English so communication was very easy. He answered all of my questions during this consultation as well as showing me two potential results via the simulator which made it easier to envision the end result. The deciding factor for me was the fact that Dr Hakan only performs one surgery a day so he can focus solely on each patient as a case rather than other surgeons who do 10+ surgeries a day. I decided to go ahead and book the surgery a couple months after our online consultation. We had another consultation face to face a day prior to the procedure where we went through everything again including details of the op, any incisions, risks and recovery. Again I felt Dr Hakan understood my needs as well as give his own expertise advice. The day of the operation i was welcomed into a clean professional hospital where I would be staying for the night following the operation as well as having my own private nurse who stayed in the room with me to attend to my needs. The staff at the hospital were also lovely and accommodating as well as being highly competent at their jobs. I was regularly monitored throughout my hospital stay and was not discharged until the doctor/staff were fully happy with my observations. I stayed a week in Turkey after my operation and I saw Dr Hakan twice for follow ups as well as staying in regular contact with both the Dr and his wonderful assistant Burhan. It has now been 6 weeks since my procedure and I am already loving the results. Dr Hakan did exactly what I wanted and although the initial recovery was intense , the whole experience has made everything a lot easier and stress free. I have not had any complications and I’m on the road to a smooth sailing recovery. I can contact Dr Hakan at anytime if I have any concerns and I have recently had my one-month follow-up. I would 10000x recommend Dr Hakan as not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced but he is also a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel instantly at ease . I am hesitant to show my pictures on the internet but the results are insane and I’m happy for him to share them with any future clients. Sorry for such a long review but I wanted to write a detailed account of my pleasant experience with this doctor and his team.
