I recently had surgery with Dr Ümran Muslu, I was so nervous before I went of the unknown, what would be the results and being in a different country every doubt or feeling nervous was gone as soon as I arrived. I couldn’t thank enough Aktif Hospital Dr Ümran, Monica, Salina and all the hospital staff from the nurses to the security and driver, they were all amazing, so reassuring and lovely. Monica thank you personally for holding my hand through it all and reassuring me, going above and beyond anything I ever needed to be done again. I was a difficult case and Eda from Clinique was excellent. She helped with everything. She responded to all my queries and put me in contact with my Dr., whom I had a Tummy tuck and lipo with.

A year ago, I underwent surgery with Dr. Tuna, and I believe it was the best decision I have ever made. I had both my breasts and nose done by him, and the results were truly remarkable – very natural, just as I had requested. His treatment of patients is exceptional, and his professionalism and patience make one feel comfortable, which fosters a sense of trust.

I went to Istanbul for an FDL tummy tucks and liposuction. I was travelling alone so was a little more nervous but I cannot explain enough how good these guys were. Firuza who organised everything was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. I had a few changes to make even last minute and it was no trouble. Anil the translator explained everything and kept me informed even the staff who couldn’t speak English was still friendly and reassuring. At no point was I in pain or uniformed even the transfer guys were brilliant. Dr Osman is wonderful I’m delighted at the outcome of my surgery thank you all so much

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injections and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant. I have especially found Sanem and Dr Baytekin very friendly and informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my procedure. The clinic was very clean and immaculate. I chose this clinic as my sister had a separate procedure at the clinic and came highly recommended.

I was really impressed with my experience at Mediface with Dr Erkan, especially as someone who is really anxious and feels super nervous about getting the procedure. Aycha was so helpful, honest and informative the whole way right from the beginning. Actually getting to the clinic and preparing for the procedure was a really easy experience and I was made to feel at ease. Then after the procedure (upper and lower blepharoplasty ), I was surprised at how quickly I heeled, with regular ice packs, lots of water and fruit. I’m also blown away with the results, I’m only a couple of weeks post procedure but really excited to see the end result as I am so pleased already, my lifelong eyebags are completely gone!
