I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve. Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.
We have just returned to the UK after my husband experiencing a nasty fall. We went to the accident and emergency department where they treated his badly wounded thumb, and trauma to the side of his face. He was quite poorly as he is elderly and they decided to admit him for observation. They carried out many tests including CT scans and reassured us that he would recover. We consequently had to go every other day for dressing changes to his thumb, and were treated throughout by a quick professional team of doctors and nurses. We also had the service of a young English woman called Jess who translated everything the doctors told us. All in all, it was horrible experience made better by their professionalism. I would recommend anyone who has the misfortune to need hospital treatment, to use them if you are in Fethiye or surrounding areas. Well done Esnaf!
