Traveled from Scotland, correspondence leading up to the travel date was great and all details accurate and response to any queries super fast over WhatsApp from Mohi the co-ordinator. On arrival, Umut became the co-ordinator and again super fast assistance to any questions and support, always there if needed. The hospital was super clean and the nurses were very attentive making you really feel at ease. Overall brilliant, would definitely recommend. Initially being a bit sceptical and unsure, hesitant to book…. I needn’t of worried, it’s been such an easy experience.

What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. I will be recommending catch life to family and friends! Thank you so much for the amazing experience. If your thinking of having surgery this is your place!

Ich konnte im Ausland keine Hilfe für Hymenoplastik-Eingriffe bekommen. Endlich habe ich diesen Ort gefunden und einen Termin mit ihnen vereinbart. Für mich war es ein Erlebnis, als wäre ich für einen Urlaub in die Türkei gekommen. Ich könnte noch am selben Tag nach Hause gehen, wollte aber noch etwas länger bleiben und die Stadt erkunden. I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

I had my gastric sleeve operation last December 2022. The whole thing went incredibly well. Sevim was very supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Her priority is to see the patient doing well. And she praises your improvements and achievements throughout the whole journey. She reassures the patient that everything will be ok. Her encouraging words are so soothing and helpful. That put my mind at rest. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care and perfect service at all times. Since the operation, I'm still loosing weight however I’m feeling healthier, stronger and happier already. I already lost 15kgs in all. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital did a superb job! The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the whole stay and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. All staff are so kind-hearted, caring and helpful. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk, his team and this hospital for anyone considering this particular surgery. Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.

We have just returned to the UK after my husband experiencing a nasty fall. We went to the accident and emergency department where they treated his badly wounded thumb, and trauma to the side of his face. He was quite poorly as he is elderly and they decided to admit him for observation. They carried out many tests including CT scans and reassured us that he would recover. We consequently had to go every other day for dressing changes to his thumb, and were treated throughout by a quick professional team of doctors and nurses. We also had the service of a young English woman called Jess who translated everything the doctors told us. All in all, it was horrible experience made better by their professionalism. I would recommend anyone who has the misfortune to need hospital treatment, to use them if you are in Fethiye or surrounding areas. Well done Esnaf!
