The Global Medical Care team is amazing with what they do. They are very understanding and caring about our feelings throughout the whole process and have given the best prep before surgery so you will know how the surgery will take place. They give you all the information about everything that might happen to you and will happen to you. That totally gave me the right mindset to conquer my fears and face what would come. I was very lucky and have had smooth sailing this whole time and I have lost 38kgs in 4 months. All I can say is if you are on the fence, get out of it and just dive because it's worth it. I got my mobility back, my energy, my self-love and MY LIFE!!!!. I feel like a teenager at nearly 40 years. I'll be forever grateful to them.

I enquired about a personal procedure and Özge made contact with me through FeelGoodHealth. She was able to arrange for an experienced surgeon to carry out the procedure as a day case with local anaesthetic as per my wishes. Prior to this she outlaid all the costs and information regarding the procedure. The cost of the procedure included my private transport and medicines required. The procedure was carried out so professionally and the clinic in which it was carried out was extremely clean and the surgeon very knowledgeable. Özge remained with me throughout, meeting me on the morning of the procedure, staying in the clinic whilst it was being carried out and afterwards, which, as I was travelling alone, I found so thoughtful and very helpful… I am so grateful for this and she is a really lovely person who made me feel so at ease. I am currently day 8 of my mommy makeover and everything seems to have settled down and I do not need any painkillers and my healing is great. The service from BW was very good, I highly recommend Dr Donatas and his team were very caring, kind and attentive during my two-night stay following the procedure. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.
