When I arrived at the hospital after being picked up from the airport (arranged by staff) I was immediately looked after, they were quick and efficient in getting my medical history together. The surgical team was outstanding! Reassuring and fantastic at their job. Dr Mani was consistent on checking on me each day and I felt really comfortable during my stay in the hospital. My surgery was performed in October 2021 and I am now 9 months post operation and have shed six stone in weight loss. I have received continuous aftercare and Dr Mani is so quick at replying if I have any concerns. I followed the aftercare booklet I was given and I have had no problems since my surgery. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight.
