The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. I’ve just recently had the gastric sleeve with Novemed in Istanbul and I can’t speak highly enough of them. From the moment I stepped off the plane until the day I left the hospital I was treated with so much care. It was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in and the hotel is amazing also. Where do start with review. I have recommended Apera to friends as I know how well I was looked after throughout my operation and aftercare. Unfortunately, we have heard some sad news about women going to Istanbul for the operation but lost their lives as they have gone to unknown doctors who are not registered. In my case, I always make a point when telling others that Apera Health Group looked after me from when I arrived till I was ready to go home. It's been one of the greatest experiences that has saved me and made me much happier in my life. 5-star treatment all the way, and I have reached my target weight. So once again, thank you to all who helped me from Apera Health Group, who saved my life. I went from 17.8 stone to 11 stone in that 1 year. I could have lost more, but I don't need to as all my family and friends are proud I got this far. Apera Health Group, thank you for saving my life.

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

From start to finish clinics united have been amazing! Any question I had before my arrival was answered through WhatsApp which was extremely easy to communicate through. I chose clinics united because every review was so good and they really lived up to that. When I arrived in Antalya we had a transfer to hotel and we got to enjoy the beautiful city for a day before surgery, which I personally think helped with my whole experience! We got picked up from hotel to hospital which is when I then became nervous but Ayse really calmed me down and made sure I was okay, she’s been amazing this whole time. With taking me to every test and always checking in. Which was also another great thing about this company. The amount of checks they done pre OP was amazing. It made me feel so much better about the surgery to know they were making sure I was healthy enough to have it, it really put my mind at ease. After surgery the hospital staff were amazing. Cannot fault them at all. Got so looked after! I’m so glad I used this company. I can’t thank Ayse and Claudia enough, they’ve been great! Home now to recover.

Lens replacement with catchlife was awesome. Great communication and a professional approach to this procedure. Good service from start to finish and very reassuring. I would recommend this clinic I was very impressed.

Wow wow wow I use to suffer from sleep apnea and I was obese Sezen and Dr Metin were amazing I’m so glad I found them I also had a hernia which Dr. Metin fixed for me. All the staff were amazing. I got the gastric sleeve surgery. I was 115KG now I’m 80kg my sleep apnea is gone and it’s loads of energy thanks, guys ❤️

My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁
