I want to thank all the staff at the Anadolu hospital for the excellent care and service they provided me whilst I was there having surgery. The level of compassion and care was above and beyond. I want to say a huge thank you to Sevim, who is the clinics coordinator she went above and beyond in every way for me. She made sure me and my companions needs were met. She was very attentive, professional and caring. She answered all my messages and questions promptly. Nothing was ever too much for her. Honestly she was amazing. Dr Cenk hands down is a phenomenal surgeon, his level of professionalism and overall communication was fantastic. I had no pain after my surgery. I honestly feel he has been blessed with healing hands. Highly recommend the bariatric team at this hospital. Thank you so much.

The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. I have a long history with this practice with having a gastric band in 2013 by Dr Florica. Dr Florica is an amazing surgeon, and always happy to help if there are any issues. He has prompt follow up practices if needed. Dr Rebecca Keely is also amazing and I can only say good things about both Doctors at this practice. I do not hesitate to recommend such a professional supportive practice. I have referred many people to this practice with all wonderful outcomes.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!

Breast reduction and uplift 5 weeks ago. Best best decision I have ever made. Best money I have ever spent. Went for a consultation, then emailed the clinic lots of times to answer a few questions..finally made decision a week later and then had to wait 6 weeks for my date to come. I was so nervous on the day of the operation. The staff were so friendly and really helped me to settle. After the operation I woke up to some slight pain, pain settled with painkillers provided and I got home that evening. I took it very easy for 2 days and then I started to build myself up to doing my normal daily routine. I went to follow up a week after, doctor was very happy with how I was healing and asked to see me in 3 weeks. I then went back 3 weeks later and all was looking and feeling well. I was so happy with the outcome. I feel so much more confident and look and feel a lot slimmer. I am more motivated to exercise from next week on which will be 6 weeks after the operation. I honestly wish I had have went for this operation years ago. It has changed my life in lots of positive ways. I read lots of reviews saying 'wish I had done it sooner, can't believe I am now writing that. If you are considering it, you definitely won't regret it.

Visited Kaunas Wellness Clinic in Lithuania on 18/04/23 for Breast reduction and blepharoplasty of upper eyelids. Was collected from apartment at 9.30 am on 19th. Had blood tests, ecg at clinic and had as taken for consultation with the Dr I had chosen for my surgery. He listened, advised, talked to me about the operations. Took pictures and marked the area being operated on. I felt very comfortable and in control at all times. The clinic was immaculate and from being collected from the Airport, having bloods, ecg, consultation, to meeting an anaesthetist everything was fully explained and everyone was professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable and calm. The rooms were very clean and had remote controlled beds, T.V and air conditioning. The en-suite was clean and had the basics for showering, tooth brushing and toileting. A call bell was given to me for anything I needed. I was given a gown, slippers and a robe and taken to the theatre ( a short walk) I was reassured and spoken to by the anaesthetist on arrival and a cannula was popped in my arm. I only remember waking up back at in my room, being offered a sip of water and having my blood pressure done every 30 minutes/ or hour automatically. I was given an injection to my stomach to avoid thrombosis and was kept comfortable with meds. At no time was I in any Pain. I was offered more pain killers food and drink every time the nurse came in. I was made comfortable and checked on regularly. I felt ok to use the bathroom and used my phone and watched tv between dozing in and out of sleep. I had a cup of tea as often as I asked and was continually offered food. I slept well thanks to a small sleeping tablet. I was given a lovely breakfast and saw the dr at 9am ish who checked me over and discharged me. At 9.30 am I was taken back to my apartment, with discharge medication, full instructions and dressing change items. The following Day (Thursday) I went for a walk around the Acropolis centre. I had a shower of my body and washed my hair on my return and slept well with the medication provided managing any discomfort. I used their version of Uber (BOT) for taxi and food delivery and it was very reasonable, easy to download and came really quickly. I was more than ready for my flight home Saturday early hours. I was collected at 4.15 am and taken to the airport. Arriving home in Cardiff at 8 am. It’s Sunday and my eyes have caused me no discomfort what so ever. I changed my dressings on my breasts and had a lush shower and washed my hair. I had a little bit of bleeding so used the spray I was given and gauze and reapplied my garment. All is well and I have the discomfort under control. I cannot recommend Dr Karolis Cernauskis enough he is experienced and has written many papers on his expertise in his field. I hope to return to the clinic in 6 months for a thigh lift and lipo in the meantime I will be dieting and recovering to ensure a good result. I had previously had surgery in London and Cardiff, this was obviously closer to home and nearly double the price it was in Lithuania. I also had several bad experiences with my treatment in Cardiff, I found their technique to be antiquated and the group not as thorough or experienced. I was booked in with Andrea to have my balloon inserted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my appointment as my husband had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t fly from NZ to Malaysia. This aside I have found Andrea and her team absolutely wonderful to deal with. I felt completely supported as I prepared for my journey. Andrea is incredibly accommodating and so helpful and I would recommend her to deal with if you're considering any type of procedure.

Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. Now 6 months later and I can positively say it has definitely been one do the best things I’ve ever done for my future health.

I recently had my old ruptured breast implants replaced by Dr Adam in Poland. I am from the UK, I've had surgery in Poland before with a different surgeon, and also in the UK. Europe surgery, has been the best so far. I wasn't expecting perfection due to asymmetry, however my results have really surpassed my expectations, they look pretty close to perfect. I had very little pain, as the clinic were great at managing any pain overnight in the clinic (I stayed about 24hrs)and also afterwards, as they bring you back to the clinic every morning, for dressing changes and pain relief meds should you need them. I stayed in the apartments linked with the clinic, which are a 5 minute walk away. Apartments are modern and spotless and very reasonably priced. Overall, this clinic and surgeon have been fantastic. I can't fault a single thing. I plan to return next year to correct my nose, and I'm already looking forward to it.

June 2023. I am so happy I decided to have a full tummy tuck and my eyelids done. Three months on I am starting to see real results. Many people have commented on how healthy I look, fresh-faced, younger, which is a real compliment at the age of 62. Jackie will answer all of your questions and is a huge support throughout the process. She will hold your hand if needs be. The doctor is very professional and will tell you exactly what needs doing or not. He knows what he is doing and it shows. This clinic came highly recommended by a friend and I have since recommended it to others. I cannot praise their professionalism and care (before and especially afterwards) highly enough. If you are looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon you have just found them.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

In April I went to Belgium to have my eyelid surgery done. A friend and I were doing some research on clinics and Belgium’s response rate, photos on the website, cost and general services, made it our best option. It was really good value for money. I’m so pleased with the results and would do it all over again if given the chance. The follow-up was done at their London-based surgery and I had the stitches removed there too. Downtime was only three days.

Mr Agrawal changed my life and I will be always grateful for it. Everything was brilliant from the second I step into his office, the whole team is amazing and super supportive and helpful. Two years now that I had surgery and I lost 35 kg and just had a baby recently so the weight loss helped my fertility. Thank you so much.
