After many years of pain due to a bad physio experience, I was recommended Portobelloe Physios. Brendan came to my rescue with very caring and demanding exercises. "Motion is Lotion," he said and it was true the proper motion of course! Now I have to manage my pain and Brendan has devised a plan of exercise for maintenance. Was quite nervous for my first visit.Week 8 after breaking my wrist, plate and screws. Shonagh put me at my ease straight away, lovely girl. Treatment was great, bit sore at times but well worth it. I have had my second treatment and am booked in for third. They also send you videos of exercises to do at home which is brilliant. Felt very comfortable with C19 precautions. Would recommend them with no hesitation.Very good value. Chose this clinic initially because I was waiting on an appt with the hospital, am still waiting. So glad I chose Castlebridge Physio. They are bases in town at the mo.
I have a long term back problem that has been treated by Kirsty and her team for a few years. I particularly like the personal approach of the staff and the facts they listen to what I say when I attend for treatment. I always feel better when I leave and not pressured to make further unnecessary appointments. I highly recommend this practice and even at 68 years old attend the Pilates classes to keep supple.
Went to Stephen with a chronic lower back pain. He diagnosed an unexpected root cause, stiff sacroiliac joint I didn't even know I had, and gave clear exercise instructions. A week later and feeling better already. Very experienced guy, and was originally recommended to me by another physiotherapist. 5 star.
