However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue.
