I want to thank all the staff at the Anadolu hospital for the excellent care and service they provided me whilst I was there having surgery. The level of compassion and care was above and beyond. I want to say a huge thank you to Sevim, who is the clinics coordinator she went above and beyond in every way for me. She made sure me and my companions needs were met. She was very attentive, professional and caring. She answered all my messages and questions promptly. Nothing was ever too much for her. Honestly she was amazing. Dr Cenk hands down is a phenomenal surgeon, his level of professionalism and overall communication was fantastic. I had no pain after my surgery. I honestly feel he has been blessed with healing hands. Highly recommend the bariatric team at this hospital. Thank you so much.

It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.

I attended the Allmedica clinic in March 2024 for liposuction and a tummy tuck. I have to say the service that I received was second to none. Let me be clear, we added to our package the all-inclusive option so we were escorted through the whole process by our 'host' Oskar - from pick up at the airport, to drop off afterwards. The treatment itself was done exceedingly professionally, yet personal. The clinic in Nowy Targ (Poland) is very small and I was the only person staying there overnight - I had my own nurse on duty who monitored me throughout. There were no language problems - many could speak some English, we had the 'host' who spoke perfect English and there was always Google Translate! There were many pre-tests that I wouldn't have even thought of; blood tests were done in the comfort of the hotel room; dressing changes were also done in the hotel bedroom and Oskar also organised for the lymphatic drainage masseur to attend me at the hotel. Prior to the operation the surgeon discussed options with me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. I am writing this 3 weeks after the operation, and can honestly say that I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you to all involved in providing this treatment. I would (and have) recommended others to you.

I live in Canada and had been suffering from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder for a number of years. After trying various types of alternate solutions such as physiotherapy, visco-supplementation and cortisone injections, the conclusion was reached with the doctors involved that a full shoulder replacement surgery was the best, if not the only, solution to regain life quality moving forward. I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, but was not getting any call back, and was unable to find out when I could possibly get that call, let alone go through the surgery. I began to search on the Web for organizations providing private medical services abroad. There are many out there, advertising services in many different countries. I reached out to several of them through their sites. Wellness Travels was the only one which, in my opinion, demonstrated a serious and human approach. Even though the clinic is located in a fairly remote country (Lithuania), this was not a deterrent since I exchanged daily for several weeks with a Lithuanian contact in Canada. He went to the extent of climbing up to the roof to verify the ventilation systems. With the coordinator we scheduled a date for the surgery and determined the best travel plans. When I finally got there, the clinic was exactly as what I saw on their website and what the doctor told me: immaculate and as modern as any other world class facility. From a pricing perspective, the cost was very reasonable, compared to the those advertised by the other sites. The surgery and rehab services were outstanding at every level. The surgeon even took the time to visit me every day during my stay to follow up on my progress. The physiotherapist showed up even on weekends to work with me and the other foreign patients. Surgery such as the one I got is a major undertaking, and an even more daunting one when travelling far from home away from family and friends. I took the risk to go for it, and it was worthwhile! In general, people who know me would confirm that I am a very demanding customer. So it is quite a leap for me to totally recommend without hesitation Wellness Travels to anyone in need of orthopaedic surgery.

Had hip replacement in 2018 with wonderful success. A genuine caring and professional doctor with a warm personality.

All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team.
