Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

Initially chose Dr. Yannis Koutoulakis as my gynaecologist in my hometown because he was a young doctor with modern views. At that point, we were looking for a doctor to help me and my husband in our journey to conceive a child. We trusted him and his team from the very first minute and in our long trip to maternity they were totally supportive. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia cared about every step of the procedure, they explained every detail and answered all the questions we had. So today we are parents of a 3-year-old girl and a 19-month boy, both with their precious help.

After several failures in Toronto, my husband and I arrived in Prague in 2017 after our amazing consultation with Dr Mrazek over Skype. We decided to go through our last IVF in Prague convinced that we would only come back with the memory of a nice vacation and instead expect a child! Not to mention she goes beyond her duties and her shift to help you and make you feel comfortable and always happy to answer all your questions. We were lucky to have one healthy embryo. We transferred it on day 3 and finally, our miracle baby girl has arrived with the help of an amazing team Dr. Mrazek and Dr Thomas. I found a place in Gynem where they still care about the success of their work and at affordable prices! The staff is prepared and considerate. Thank you! Prague is also beautiful! I recommend Gynem without delay!

After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Whereas all my reports were fine. Don't know what was the reason of the failure IVF. Staff and dr. Tekin was good.

My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Cyprus IVF Hospital. We had tried multiple IUI procedures in the US (where we are from,) and had no success. When we started to discuss options for IVF, we were not sure we would be able to afford it. In our state, it would have cost us a minimum of $20,000 USD for the procedure. This did not include medication costs or extra hospital fees. After looking into other solutions, we found Cyprus IVF Hospital through a Google Search about IVF treatment abroad. We decided to take a chance on their services - neither of us had ever had any kind of medical treatment outside of the US! But we are both so happy that we put our trust into this fantastic clinic - every member of the staff was kind, and professional, and paid attention to extra details about us. They were supportive of our choice to have a child as a same-sex couple, and they were thrilled when we announced our pregnancy (1/15/23.) It only took one round of IVF! ---------- Our stay in Cyprus was so lovely because of their help. We stayed in a nice hotel that they arranged for us to stay in. They were able to answer many questions we had, including questions about touring the surrounding area. It helped us get acquainted and comfortable with our time there, and also branch out and explore areas we might have otherwise avoided if they hadn't recommended it. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car for your stay. We didn't at first, and we regretted it, because we didn't get to see as many amazing places. Renting cars in Cyprus is cheap, and easy to pick up (even though you drive on the opposite side of the road from how it is in the US!) --------- Cyprus IVF Hospital was also honest with us about what needed to be done in order for our treatment to be as successful as possible. Because my wife has PCOS, we had to split our time at the hospital in two. We had to stay for one month to monitor and extract my wife's eggs, and then we had to return later to implant an embryo. We were reluctant to take two trips, we wanted to save money on airfare. But our doctor promised us this would be more successful, and if we tried to do the implant too early, we would most likely not be successful (which would have been more expensive in the long run.) Trusting their suggestion paid off! ---------- Famagusta is a very fascinating city with ages of history to explore. It might seem a little rough around the edges, but my wife and I felt totally safe walking around there on our own. Bugs can get kind of rough at night, so try not to stay out too late! Also, make sure your passport is 100% up to date. Mine wasn't, and we ran into some bureaucratic trouble at the Cyprus/Northern Cyprus border crossing. But if your passport is up-to-date, you will be totally fine! ---------- Thanks so much to Dr. Serap, Nevzat, Yakut, Nehal, Tina, and everyone else at the clinic! You were all so professional and kind to us and made sure we were always in the loop with new information; you also helped us understand every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and smooth. We are so happy that you were able to make our dream of being parents a reality. LGBTQ+ friends... this was a great place to be. If you are interested, they will do ROPA (Reciprocal IVF/co-maternity.) The ROPA program costs EUR 4,000. You won't regret working with Cyprus IVF Hospital in Famagusta!

Everything went well and was well organised and we got the desired outcome the first time. The clinic is very clean and modern with excellent facilities. The staff and Doctor were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and always available to answer any questions. All in all a very positive experience.

We have been trying to conceive for several years and went through a different type of treatments and got pregnant but miscarried. We learned about BTC online and decided to give it a try. We are from the US. We never really heard of Ukraine and not sure about how it's going to be. But decided to just go with it. We went there for an initial consultation, we hoped to see Anastasia but know that she's a really busy person. We dealt with Yaryna, Oksana, Konstantin along with several other staff. Both Hotel, taxi svc and all were so wonderful. I don't think we will get that much nice treatment here. We went through with treatment there and got blessed with a Baby Boy now 15months old (we know this is very late.. but we got really busy). We had a standard package and it was very good. Pricing was very transperant.. no hidden costs. One thing we recommend is to purchase all baby clothes/food and other items before going there. We were told that we get everything there and it's only few minutes away but no. We had to walk at least 30-45mins to find shops. Accommodation, food, clinic, staff everyone was extremely good. We were treated with respect. After having Baby we had to stay at least 1 and a half months to get Baby's US passport! They help you step by step by filling out all forms/submission. Hotel staff were wonderful to get all our documents printed and other stuff we needed. We can't wait to go back for our second one. Hope COVID goes away fast.

According to what the doctor told me everything is happening accordingly to the doctor. I was scared of what will happen, if we got success or not. But at the end we got success. I would like to thank doctor and 1 special person for me who is Vineet.

I & my spouse realised motherhood / parenthood is definitely a journey in life and we are really blessed to have Dr. ARCHANA AGARWAL and Mannat Team who all worked for the success of our treatment & delivery as our "FAMILY MEMBERS" throughout the journey. We have tried for IUI, IVF with multi speciality hospitals, multi chain treatment centres and all kind of possibilities for 6+ years & didn't succeed, also those time were tough & hard in terms of emotions and we gave up. We started our journey during the lockdown in 2020, talking to different clinics in Cyprus, Czech Republic, Spain and also in Russia. We had directly a good feeling when talking to the international manager of NGC who was very helpful, reliable and fast to answer any question we would have. We then had medical consultations booked with four clinics one of them was Dr Diana of NGC. She speaks well English, and was empathetic but also very clear without sugarcoating or promising any magical results or wonders. Based on our initial exchange with the international department and the follow-ups and, most importantly, our consultations with Dr Diana we decided to go ahead with NGC egg donor program. When actually travelling to St Petersburg and being at NGC my husband and I were both impressed by the facilities and again the staff. Our first transfer unfortunately failed but we then attempted another transfer four months later and this time I decided to arrive earlier in Russia to be followed longer by Dr Diana. She then suggested rescheduling the planned transfer day set by our home clinic and I absolutely trusted her and we followed through with her suggestion. It was definitely the right call as I fell pregnant on our second attempt and gave birth in spring 2022 to a healthy baby. We believe that this pregnancy and birth happened thanks to NGC and Dr Diana and are really grateful to them. We would certainly recommend NGC: the medical team as well as the international department which was there for us whenever we needed help not only while being in St Petersburg but also in the weeks leading to the transfer as well as afterwards.
