I very much appreciated the sympathy and tact I experienced today, as well as the excellent treatment. I had expressed my concern about the cost - I am retired from employment and although my pensions are adequate they don't cover expensive dental treatment and I was concerned about this. However - very tactfully a way around this was found which gave me the treatment I needed affordably and I very much appreciated this. I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.
I have been attending this dental clinic all my adult life. The present staff, excellently led by Dr Minova are polite, caring and extremely professional. The treatments are always discussed with me beforehand, any alternatives available are offered. The practice has modern up to date equipment to make you feel relaxed and involved.
Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team. I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.
Dr Shala Imani is the best dentist I met in Brighton. She is a well-experienced dentist confident skilled and will always find a solution for not losing her teeth. She is not greedy. The thing which makes me trust her is that she does not want the patient to lose any teeth. She does her best to preserve them I would recommend her to any person who needs a dentist.
