Maltings Dental Practice: Having moved to Grantham a few years ago I chose the Malting from a friends recommendations. The minute I walked in, the receptionist were friendly and helpful in every way. I chose Mr J Wong as I have had dental implants before and he was highly recommended by my last dental surgeon. Mr J Wong was indeed very professional in his advice and recommendations and someone who inspired confidence in me straight away..He has just capped one of my front teeth, the procedure and match was second to none an extremely experienced and competent dentist. I highly recommend the practice.

After a painful incident which resulted in an upper jaw fracture and two broken front teeth and being told by my old dentist that I need to have these front teeth taken out, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Shenas, and I am so happy I did. From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain-free. I cannot thank Dr. Shenas and his team enough, they did an amazing job. I now have a wonderful new dentist and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Shenas to meet my future dental needs.

The people who work here are very friendly as soon as you walk In they make you feel relaxed. Very professional and answer your questions. Even when I got my teeth sorted and just walked out forgetting to make an appointment for after care, they phoned me nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all.

Today was my first checking in appointment and a big shout out to Dr Mowlawi who made my first visit to the dentist very chilled and relaxing after not attending a dentist for 6 years. Also Carol at reception, so kind, friendly and patient while helping getting myself and family registered. What a great first experience!

I have been on Mark Saliba's books for many years now, having found the best dentist in the world it really is a no-brainer to look elsewhere! The whole team at Delicate Dentistry are totally professional at what they do - efficient, friendly, always encouraging, helpful and consistently so too. Mark himself is such a gentle practioner of his profession, yet carries out procedures to the very highest of standards and his dental nurses too work to the same high standard in complete harmony with him. Super friendly and professional. They are my regular dentist for cleaning and checkups, which is an excellent service. This review focuses on the mouth guard treatment I have recently received. It is an expensive treatment and so I had been putting it off for at least 2 years but had been using cheap alternatives for around 10 years before going ahead. I wish I had done it sooner! This new mouthguard is fitted so the wearer is unable to grind their teeth and enables their jaw to relax. After a few days of using it, I had forgotten I had teeth grinding problem! It’s changed my life in that I no longer have an aching jaw and headaches. Would recommend it to anyone who has teeth clenching issue.

Astek have their dental lab on site which is how I believe all dentists should be set up. I had a front tooth knocked out in a childhood accident and have since been very conscious of the way my smile looks. In today's world of working on Teams and video calls for the main part, this was becoming more and more problematic for me. So along with attending appointments with my dentist, Leila, for general dentistry she took impressions and Ailsa, the proprietor, created two bespoke veneers to make my front teeth appear more normal and worked with both me and my lovely dentist, to tailor my smile when I wasn’t initially delighted with the result - cancelling afternoon appointments until we were done. Two veneers sound a simple, ordinary thing, but I actually didn’t have two front teeth to work with – just one front tooth and a smaller, differently shaped, side tooth which looked quite odd. I now don’t even think about my teeth when I’m on screen which is such a relief. Thank you so much Astek! To say I am a nervous patient is an understatement. Leila has been so patient and kind with me and I am so much more confident in the chair with her. She has also managed to sort out gum issues that have persisted for over 40 years, and now when I’m brushing my teeth there is no sign of anything in the sink but toothpaste. She also keeps me on track when I’m not doing as well as I should be, advising on which brushes, and toothpaste for sensitivity, and even demonstrating that you can get the largest of teepees into some very small spaces.
