I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

So I came to clinic prime with my partner as he was getting crowns for his teeth. I also wanted to get some aesthetic treatments. I was anxious prior as we got so many quotes from separate clinics. I am so happy we chose clinic prime! The customer service was above and beyond. The location is beautiful. Ali and the team are so kind and lovely. Alongside all this the treatment my partner got is amazing and he can finally smile again. He was in zero pain and is very pleased. For the treatments I got, I am very pleased and satisfied. For a well-renowned figure in his field Dr. Furkan was surprisingly down to earth and friendly. He conducted a thorough exam during the initial examination using state of the art equipment all set in a well-maintained environment. We were able to have a lengthy discussion prior to deciding a treatment plan and Dr. Furkan was very transparent about the process and costs involved. We decided to undertake some light cosmetic procedures which were completed to a high standard. We also discussed future treatments which we intend to return for next year. Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.
